Scammed and never received my order

So I ordered and on the site it says you get a free pack of tarot cards and I didnt get one and I sent them an mail and they said I need to order another time to get it . So I need to spend more money to get someting free they forget to put in my package.

I am generally pleased with my experiences at Spiru. Their range of spiritual items like stone bracelets, incense sticks, and pendants are fantastic, and I have found their stones to be genuine and beneficial for my moods and energy. Their site also provides helpful information about the benefits of each stone. I especially love the personalized touch of an affirmation card with each order, and their packaging is usually spot on, making the purple Spiru box a joy to receive. However, I was disheartened when a couple of rings lost their stones, and I developed a rash under one of them. Delivery times can sometimes be delayed, but I suspect that's more on the delivery agency. Still, Spiru is a great place for spiritual products. 4 stars!

Please email us at klantenservice@spiru.nl, including the SKU (found on the packing slip) or the full product name along with your order number, so we can investigate. Of course, we’ll promptly refund the cost of the rings. 💍
Regarding delivery times: orders placed before 9 PM and in stock are shipped the same working day. If an item needs to come from our main warehouse, the delivery time can take up to 8 working days. We always communicate this clearly on the product page and again in the order confirmation. If this wasn’t the case, the delay may have been due to PostNL. We appreciate you sharing this feedback with us.

Honestly love you guys but so sad and disappointed to see how two rings have already lost their stones. Also got a weird rash under my ring now.😨 I always go to you guys for presents and now I feel I can't anymore.

Just the delivery was delayed by 2 days but I will let myself believe that's not because of Spiry but the delivery agency.

In our previous email correspondence, we indicated that as the sender of the package, the responsibility for properly packaging lies with you. As stated in our return policy, we reserve the right to apply reduce the refund when a product or a part of the product is returned damaged to us.
To assist you as much as possible in this situation, we have advised you to contact the shipping company to file a damage claim. You can use the photos we provided to support your claim.
We hope this helps you at least recover the costs incurred with the shipping company.

I did an order two weeks ago. Have not got anything yet. At shipping (budbee) link says "order is canceled" I have tried contact this company several times and wonder where my order is. No answer at all every time. The service at this company is terrible!!

Real stones!
I have ordered few times from Spiru. I love their stone bracelets, incense sticks, pendants and other stones. I have tested that their stones are real, not plastic like if you bought from normal stores. Therefore the stones from Spiru, do give good effects especially to fix moods and give energy (in my case) as soon as I wear them. What I like most is, on Spiru website you can read the guidance of benefits from the stones-they are really help! Delivery and packaging were always good also!
