Not sure if the business is still running or not but I paid for an order and didn't receive it. I contacted customer service but got no answer. I managed to get my money back from my bank.

Money taken but food not delivered
I have ordered two sample packages (prøvepakke) to be delivered on Sunday from 11am until 4pm. My card was charged and I have got no email confirmation or information about the delivery (that didn't happen).
On Sunday night I have emailed the company requesting a refund and received an automatic email but this was all I've got.
Three days have passed, I have forwarded the email to the 2 available addresses in their website and so far I've been completely IGNORED.
I wish I had checked this companies' reviews before placing my order - lesson learned! Horrible service, non-existent customer service.
