very good virtual instrument
Great collection of ochestral sound for a beginner starting out
Very good and realistic for a free orchestra. The only thing I can criticise is the lack of range for some instruments, such as the solo violin being limited to only 1 octave.
The sounds are great. My only quibble is that the navigation to a specific instrument is less intuitive (to me) than bbcso. I like the bbcso navigation of "seeing" the sections of the orchestra and drilling down from there. For a free library though, absolutely excellent

It sounds incredible . Unfortunately ..I had to install something called LABS in order to use the wonderful Spitfire product . I have installed LABS and it is quite awful . It is in my DAW at WAVEFORM FREE 13 ...like my FREE BERLIN ORCH and my MUSIO .. The only sounds I brought up were "guitar" ...and those were unusable. I can't even abort them there ..LABS does not lead me to SPITFIRE Symphony Orchestra in any way . But Thank You for offering such an amazing gift to users I bet its spectacular !

nice free instrument
For free, the instruments Spitfire Symphony Orchestra: Discover are good ; if you want more, you obviously have to buy them. I'm thinking of getting more instruments towards the end of this year, and I think the Spitfire Solo String will be the right one then. In these project I use clarinet from Spitfire Symphony Orchestra Discover: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KmOUp-Ael34 I am not a professional musician; filming, photography and music composition are my hobbies.
Very good librarie .... and it's a plus in my productions.
I don't like that the instruments don't have many articulations.
Accurate and realistic sound of Orchestra
I absolutely love this. This is my first experience with using spitfire audio and I am so impressed. The instruments in this pack sound lush and beautiful. I’m especially impressed with the sound of the stringed instruments and the horns. I feel like I got a premium experience for free. I can not recommend it enough.
