Very professional company! We had 3 bathrooms done by Splashing Out and all the installers was so friendly and polite they cleaned up everyday and the final look is amazing. Over the moon with our bathroom it has exceeded all our expectations and looks better than we could have ever imagined. From start to finish the process has been seamless and every member of staff we have dealt with have been amazing.

Been dealing with Shaun, Adam and Emma since they first opened for my bathroom jobs. Never had a problem with the materials always ordered and delivered on time. Unlike other companies they use top quality materials. If you’re a fitter or a customer I’d highly recommend Splashing out bathrooms. The showroom is very big too. Nearly every style of bathroom on show you can think of. Very friendly staff no pushy sales team.

What an experience, we walked in to the showroom just to browse and straight away Adam & Shaun understood our vision and made it a reality- surprisingly all well within our budget- we were shocked given the quality and approachability of the staff.

We would 100% recommend to all our family and friends - and anyone reading this review.

We had been to other bathroom showrooms - but splashing out stood out - they came to our house and redesigned the layout of the bathroom. Whereas other firms didn’t show as much interest in how the layout worked. I would highly recommend Shaun and his team.

Splashing out bathrooms totally wasted my time.
They came out and measured up within 24hrs of me contacting them, which was followed up by an arranged appointment by Splashing Out to their showroom on a Saturday morning to select tiles and other ancillaries.
We were given an approx start date of around 3 months which we agreed to pending receipt of the quote.
Two weeks passed and we hadn't heard anything, so I called up and was told the quote would be with me that evening, it never arrived
This continued for 2 months, failed promises using every feeble excuse known to man.
We eventually gave up on the company.
After 6 months we have still heard nothing.
IF YOU LACK THE SKILLS OR SIMPLY DO NOT WANT TO DO THE JOB JUST LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW INSTEAD OF WASTING THEIR TIME AND CONTINUALLY LYING ABOUT THE SITUATION!

We recently had the pleasure of renovating our bathroom into a modern luxury space, and I can't recommend splashing out bathrooms highly enough for the incredible work they did.
From start to finish, shaun and the office staff were brilliant, and the team installing went above and beyond, Stuart took the time to talk us through every step of the process, ensuring we felt informed and comfortable with the decisions being made. His ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and approachable manner made all the difference, Stuart and Louis were respectful of our home, and always left the workspace tidy at the end of each day.
Nothing was a problem for this company, would recommend to anyone! 5*

Great company was really helpful all the way through the bathroom renovation. The lads cleaned up everyday and left the house nice and clean. The finish results were amazing. Thanks we love our new bathroom!

I can not recommend these guys enough!! When they came to do the rip out on the first day they had to literally rip 3 sets of tiles off that had just been tiled on top of each other from the bodgers that had done it all in what I imagine was the 70s judging by the gold fish tiles haha. They did not cut a single corner and plaster was falling off so they took it right back to bare brick and started again from scratch, or a single moan or murmur they just cracked on with it.

Jack is a complete perfectionist!!! Every little thing he did he had to have perfect or he’d do it again, to have this level of workmanship in a team when the bosses aren’t around is unheard of! Thank you so much to both the lads that came, polite, friendly, on time and so helpful.

I am already planning other jobs you guys can do for me because after hell dealing with cowboys throughout this renovation, to have such professionalism walk in was so refreshing.

Completing everything before the time they set and to the standard they have even with the set backs!!

Lovely company, the 2 lads Jack and Harley worked so hard in our house and cleaned up every day. They was very polite and a pleasure to do work in our house.

Love, love, love our new bathroom I can’t believe how it looks from what it was before the change is amazing the lads never stopped working always cleaning and wanting to get the job done.

We will defiantly be using them for the en-suite next year so happy with our new bathroom thank you so much!

The team at Splashing Out truly made me feel at ease when it came to renovating my main bathroom.

I had next to no idea on how I wanted to transform my bathroom so it didn’t look dated and dull, but Shaun and the team helped me so much and now I’ve got a luxury “hotel-style” bathroom which I can enjoy.

The entire service from start to finish was amazing. I have recommended them to family and friends, thank you again guys!

Amazing service

The team at splashing out transformed my bathroom into everything I asked for, professional and fast service. I would highly recommend these guys if you are wanting an easy and reliable service

Overall not good. We spent over £10,000. and was left with a bathroom that was not compliant with building regulations and a fire risk.

They changed the electrical wiring to the bathroom without a qualified person and it was left in a dangerous way and a fire risk.

They also did not vent out the steam extractor out of the roof they just vented it into the corner of the eaves. If left unnoticed this could have caused moister build up/damp/rotting of the roof.

The bathroom fitters said they did not understand why the wiring or extractor fan was a problem and did not seem to grasps building regulations. Without a lengthy report from an independent electrician explaining everything I was not being taken seriously.

We have now been reimbursed by Splashing Out for the costs of making the building work compliant and safe.

The overall build quality was good but with issues that we have just accepted to live with. But we had to request for tiles to be placed as they were not lined up straight and looked unlevel to the eye. This seemed to be a big deal to the bathroom fitter, he seemed more interested with finishing early on a Friday than making sure it was finished to a good standard. The bath has been fitted ever so slightly unlevel so water builds up at the back so I have to constantly push away the collected water by hand. The quality of the bathroom parts are poor we have already had bathroom taps and a cabinet replaced. The cabinet alone costing over £1000.
