Love Splay! Have bought many of their models over the years :) normally 10-14 days ish on shipping, friendly customer service (had a return pair due to the Velcro wearing out on a child’s pair, very happy with their response)
If your going off their UK sizes I’d size up one size on what you would normally buy 10/10

DONT BUY IF YOUR IN THE UK
Really not happy, followed the instructions on their site on how to get the right size and it is to small and now they want me to pay for the shipping.
If you sell a product that was ordered by following your sizing guidelines then if YOU get it wrong you should pay for returns !!!!

Excellent
Excellent, quick and friendly customer service - they answered in depth questions I had about their shoe models, and when new models will be coming out. They also offered helpful guidance regarding ordering from the UK.
The shoes themselves are also great. They're extremely comfortable and I can wear them all day long with no problems, unlike almost all other shoes that hurt and squish my toes. I bought the original Freestyle style 3 years ago, and they're still going strong. Highly recommend
