My experience with Splend was not pleasant.

Long waiting times and unhelpful service created an unfriendly atmosphere. Staff often came across as bossy and treated Uber drivers without respect.

Despite being quoted one price over the phone, I was charged additional fees in practice.

It is crucial for Splend to improve its customer service and ensure staff treat customers with professionalism and respect.

After this experience, I have no desire to deal with Splend again.

Anish has been so good and assisting me, explaining in details and I would recommend him again if I go through any process. 100%
