The item I received does not match the advertising you provide for it.
*the only instructions (if this is what they are) are printed IN CHINESE CHARACTERS on the outside of the cardboard box the item arrived in. I cannot read this.
*the advertising videos show the item easily and quickly filing down long fingernails. My item takes a LONG time to file even a small part of a fingernail, and requires a lot of strength. This is totally unsatisfactory.
The video clips show what looks like a metallic filing head on the item. The only 'filing' piece on the item which I received looks like a piece of sandpaper or emery board. No wonder it doesn't file the nail successfully!
The video clip shows a compartment on the side of the item that supposedly catches nailclippings. There is no such part on the item I received.
Your advertising does NOT match what you sent me in fulfilment of my payment.
The advertising suggested the item would cost less than $20 Aus. By the time I got to the end of the payment process it was closer to $39Aus!!! This is deceitful!

Ordering was a breeze but I have not received my clipper yet so I can’t give you anymore feedback.

I ordered the Heritage Eagle Bifold for my husband's Christmas present. It did't arriver until after Christmas- I had to purchase another gift.

The item was as advertised. Timely delivery.

I measured before I bought but you were like 10 inches too short

I am still waiting for my clippers. I recently sent an email asking if there was a problem since I didn’t receive an email saying they were shipped with a tracking number to see the progress of the package with the expected delivery date.

I ordered the Electric Automatic Nail Clippers, as I thought the idea looked good and it would be easier to then trim especially my toe nails.
When I received the item, there were no instructions in English, so not entirely sure how the item worked.
Tried to trim toe nails, but not able to as the guard did not allow the mechanism to reach the nail. Does the guard come off and how to I clean it from nail trimmings. Would not be recommending this to anyone unless you can give me some answers.

I ordered a nail clipper January 19, 2026. As of today,February,2026 we have heard nothing and received nothing.

No instructions provided. Figured out how to assemble and use but written or pictorial guide would have been helpful.

I never got my order. I emailed you and never got a response. But you did received my money from my checking account. I am very angry.

So far, I have yet to receive my order. The website doesn't provide me with any updates since it showed "shipped" back on Jan 19th! I have tried to contact you via your customer service email on two separate occasions but as of yet I've gotten no response!

I ordered an electric nail clipper. $25.97 was withdrawn from my bank account on January 20,2026. I have never received an invoice or the product. It is now February 2, 2026. Will I ever receive what I have paid for?
