Update: I received my order 3 days after I wrote the previous review. My credit card was charged on 3/26. I received the order on 4/30. The order was complete and received in good condition. I would revise my rating to 4 stars.

My purchase was intended for an upcoming cruise. I ordered it at least a month before the trip, not realizing it was coming from overseas. The website led me to believe it would arrive within 2-3 weeks but it did not.

The product was not delivered. I accessed door Ring system and found no evidence of the delivery. Please send the item or refund. Response to my unfortunate experience has ben nothing less than remarkably positive. I intend to reorder the product with anticipation of an excellent outcome.

I rec'd both items and need to return both items.
I have wrote 3 emails stating the explanation and no one has bothered to get back to me.
I am not happy with not being able to speak directly with a representative. I would like a return label emailed to me to return these items and I would also like a refund on my credit card for these items.
