The nail groomer works well but…

The nail groomer works well. It does groom nails to an acceptable length. The battery does not last long having to be recharged after filing fingernails OR toe nails. Longer battery life would be great! The charger cord was difficult to plug into the unit itself as it was crooked. So I just leave that end of the charger cord plugged in.

I had ordered 3 of the nail "clippers"…

I had ordered 3 of the nail "clippers" for my clients & myself. They ended up not being clippers at all. There was a very lightweight emory board where the metal clipper blades were supposed to be. I have contacted them about a return/refund but haven't heard back from them yet. I was cheated and the item was totally misrepresented. Frustrated beyond words !!!

The nail clipper/trimmer does not even…

The nail clipper/trimmer does not even remotely work as advertised. There is no way you can trim the sides/corners of your nails, nor can you trim them low enough. They are basically useless and I feel you should advise me how to return them. This is the third time I have requested this. At least respond with something. I feel your company is scamming people and I will never buy from you again.
