Over six weeks, I was handed off to four different people due to constant staff turnover, and team members often pressured me for costly add-ons to meet their quotas. The high employee churn resulted in extremely long wait times for changes over several months, with the company continuously nickel-and-diming every detail. When I finally requested the completed site be released to my own WordPress account—a service they confirmed was possible for a fee—the transfer failed, and I lost my entire website. When I complained, they were dismissive, suggested I was "not very smart," and demanded $350 to restore the site. After spending over $2500, I was left with nothing to show for months of effort, and the company refuses to answer communications from the BBB.

Honestly wish I could give them zero stars. When I went through the logo design, I was told multiple times that the logo and it's copyright would be mine on payment. So as such I started using my logo. After a year they have come back and are threatening to take away my logo saying they still own it. They are a bunch of crooks and liars and I dont recommend doing business with them. Thanks for ruining my livelihood

This company does well at their logo, and web design delivering in a timely manner. It’s safe to say this company is not a scam. However, when my original project manager left the company, I was assigned multiple new project managers. These new managers were pushy, often rude, and rigid when offering me products I needed. I requested a call from a manager once but I was not available the first call he made to me. He proceeded to call me 4x in one day. He got an attitude when I addressed him about his behavior and hung up in my face. The project managers get an attitude when you genuinely don’t have the money and need to reschedule a payment. It was giving desperate energy.

Their email addresses and phone numbers would constantly switch and change, leading me to become suspicious of their legitimacy. Professional work places do not behave this way, so I immediately got documentation for ownership rights to my website. I felt forced into this decision, as I believed I needed to protect myself. Now they want $1,100 up front for one year to manage my website lol.

If I never felt pressured by their team, I wouldn’t have felt the need to gain ownership rights to my website so abruptly, and they would be managing my website for free lol
