The meals are delicious. Quality ingredients, and all ingredients are transparent on the box. The website is easy to use and the customer service is quick to helping the customer with any of their needs. It's not easy finding companies that make vegan, gluten &dairy free meals that taste so delicious. I am going to be a lifetime customer. A+

I've been using this service for meals for about a year. Quality of food has been good. Delivery has been good. I had one order that was late & food was not safe to eat and they refunded with no hassle. Overall a positive experience for simple vegan meals, use them with confidence.

Amazing company! The meals are flavorful and exceptionally nutrient-dense. Have tried other meal prep companies; nonetheless, Splendid Spoon stands out from the crowd for customer care, health-centric variety, and overall tastiness.

I love splendid spoon so much! My favorite thing about this service, besides the delicious meals, is knowing that everything is plant-based. I've used a few other meal delivery services and most of their vegan options are really limited. Also, the food is great. I subscribed for a while a few years back and I can tell that the soup recipes have been improved. They were always good but now they are GREAT!

I previously regularly ordered SS. However upon ordering now there seemed to be many glitches. It was frustrating and I almost didn't order. But the products are pretty good and I like the healthy aspect and convenience of the products.

I absolutely love these products! They check every box on my list, in terms of nutritional goals (both the “have’s” and the “have not’s”). In addition, they’re delicious. Even the delivery packaging is perfect. A colleague brought my attention to Splendid Spoon, and I’m grateful she did.

It arrives on time. My favorite is the Kabocha Congee Soup. I think I will edit my delivery moving forward to just be that soup for a bit!

the smoothies and soups are good, but at over $10 per serving the value isn't there compared to making your own.

I had a very disappointing experience with my order. The smoothies arrived with chunks and did not taste fresh at all. Several were not drinkable, and I ended up throwing some away. I still have the remaining bottles unused.

I reached out and even offered to have the products ready for pickup, but this was not handled fairly and I did not receive a proper resolution.

It is not reasonable to pay for products that are unusable. I am requesting a full refund.

I enjoy each of the meal options I have chosen. It was very easy to set up my plan and make changes as needed. Splendid Spoon is excellent at sending reminders for each month's order. Deliveries have been reliable and most of the packaging is recyclable.

At this time of year, I need a break from cooking. The soups & smoothies are flavorful and healthy. Splendid Spoon helps me eat healthy and the soups are really outstanding.

I have been a vegan and a chef for more than 11 years, I have tried more than 7 brands with delivery service, and Splendidspoon is the only one that meets all my needs. The variety is great, the flavor incredible, great nutrition per meal, excellent quality of ingredients, sustainable packaging. Adding the nutrition Facts makes easier for me to keep a balanced diet (protein, sodium, saturated fat, carbs including fiber). The costumer service is great! they reply quickly and always open to suggestions.

My daughter and I are Vegan and Gluten Free. Splendid Spoon helps fill in the gap when there is no time for meal planning/prepping and I'm so grateful. The meals and smoothies taste great! What a lifesaver. The whole process works well with reminders of upcoming deliveries and changes to meal choices or frequency are easy with Splendid Spoon. They get it right every time. Being severely lactose intolerant-I was looking to find breakfast and lunch alternatives that I didn’t need to worry about having a reaction. The smoothies are my go to, but I also enjoy the noodles and soups. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and continue to order bi-weekly, changing the order as my freezer depletes of any particular item. My husband sometimes sneaks the smoothies (chocolate cherry is his favorite). I don’t love to share them because he doesn’t have diet restrictions like I do … but sometimes he catches me in a nice mood. I haven’t found anything I like better or that is better quality than Splendid Spoon for my dietary needs.
