Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Misleading Service
I was really looking forward to ordering from this brand, but my experience has been frustrating and incredibly disappointing.
After placing my first order, I kept receiving emails saying I had “left something in my cart,” which was confusing and led me to believe my order hadn’t gone through properly. As a result, I accidentally placed a second order. I realised almost immediately and contacted customer service asking to cancel one and get a refund.
Despite clearly explaining what happened and confirming in writing which order I wanted to keep, I received a string of vague and unhelpful emails. I was told the two orders had completely different items, even though I explained I only wanted the hot/cold lid and carry bag set. Cheryl, the person I was dealing with, said both had already been shipped and she would try to intercept one — but nothing came of that.
When both orders finally arrived, they were exactly the same — not different as claimed. It now feels like my concerns were intentionally delayed until it was too late to cancel or refund. I reached out early and gave them every opportunity to correct the issue, but the lack of transparency and accountability just makes the whole situation feel dishonest.
I was genuinely excited about these bottles, but the experience has left a really sour taste. It’s disappointing when a brand you wanted to support leaves you feeling misled and ignored. I won’t be ordering again — and I wouldn’t recommend others do either unless they’re prepared to deal with poor customer service and a complete lack of resolution.
