Paul came round swiftly and sorted my front door lock which was stuck closed! Communication was excellent and he let me know when he was on his way, he explained what he was going to do and did an excellent job, highly recommend!

SP Lock and Safe were recommended to me when I needed a locksmith on Christmas Eve. They were on the way when I actually managed to get into the property. I was very appreciative that SP lock and safe were willing to come out pretty much straightaway. There was no call out charge and despite me no longer needing them to come out advice was given over the phone to help if this situation was to happen again. If I needed a locksmith again in future I would most certainly give SP Lock and Safe a call.

I needed a spare key for the car as the old one was badly worn down and not unlocking the car. Paul cut and programmed the new key quickly and it was interesting to learn all about the process, clearly has a lot of knowlege and very good at what he does. Thanks again!

Paul came out quickly after my initial call and was happy to talk me through the new locks mechanism and how it worked. The locks were fitted with no mess and no fuss. Paul even got extra keys cut and delivered them within a couple of days.

I wanted to replace two external door locks and 5 window locks as part of a home refurbishment. I contacted SP Lock and Safe for information and prices and my response was received in a timely manner. Additional advice and information were provided which was of real benefit. The prices were very good in my view, and I decided to proceed. I was told the products would now be ordered and I would be informed on their arrival. Once received, Paul called me to schedule an appointment. On the fitting day Paul arrived on time and completed the task. There was absolutely no mess, and he did a fantastic job. And we now feel secure having learned about the product specifications at the onset. Many thanks indeed.

Our car locked with our baby inside with the keys in. I rang Paul and he literally dropped everything and came within 10 mins. He used a key to pick the door lock in minutes with no damage what so ever And he even cut a spare manual key if we ever needed it. With no extra charge.! I cannot recommend him enough
