My wife and daughter made a appointment…
My wife and daughter made a appointment on line for the test location in Gorinchem Sunday afternoon June 12, but the place was closed. We phoned head office and they told us to go to a location in Tiel, went there and found the place closed, some other people showed up there as well, who had a scheduled appointment at the Tiel location. Again we phoned head office and we were told to go to the next closed location which was in Veenendaal. So on to Veenendaal we went and to our surprise somebody was at that location, so after an afternoon of driving from one location to the next all three of us got our test done.

Find another place to go!
We visited the Spoedtest behind the Victoria Hotel right across from the Grand Station. Like many other reviewers, we did not have a pleasant experience. The nurses/attendants were incredibly rude and unhelpful. It was pouring rain out, and they refused to let us stand inside to even ask a question. Their online system didn't work with Chrome and kept giving us an error message. One of our two appointments were randomly canceled without explanation, requiring us to stand in the rain again to re-book another test. (BTW, Safari is the only browser their system works on.) The attendants were zero help and didn't inform us we needed our passports until after we paid so we had to take the train back to the hotel to retrieve them (a valid license doesn't work, even though their website says it does) and return in the rain yet again. Once there, the technician shoved the swab so high up I had a bloody nose after. There's no reason for that to get an accurate test. Deeper does not necessarily mean better! All in all, it was a completely unpleasant experience and I'd recommend finding another source for your mandatory Covid test to return to the USA.

Do not use!
We had an absolute disaster with this company, wasting four hours and 80 euros attempting to get tested at two different locations. They advertise rapid Covid testing for travel but never actually tested us and then refused to refund our money. They are woefully understaffed, totally incompetent with technology, and running hours behind the supposed appointment times. Avoid them at all costs!

Lousy site - platform is not good.
if you are coming from a foreign country, and book your reservation online, chances are you will not get the email with confirmation and QR code. It is a nightmare. Even if you fill in your country of citizenship, it changes it to DUTCH. Super annoying. Forget calling the call center- poor people don't know what to do. They don't tell you but you can find your account at account.spoedtest.nl
go in put your email and activate your account.
In general the logistics around using this company are poor. The guy at the center however is efficient.

Had to get a covid test for my flight back to the US. Staff was very kind and helpful! The covid test went by smoothly. Will definitely come back here in the future if I ever need a covid test again! :)
