At Spokesafe we manage 32+ locations across the UK, and in 2024 thousands of cyclists accessed our units over 250,000 times. It is a very reliable, and much-loved, service.
Every time a cyclist books with Spokesafe, you receive full access instructions to our partners location as well as instructions on how to contact us instantly if you need a hand on site. We can be contacted by live chat, email or 24/7 via our emergency helpline which is based in the UK. We know cycle parking is a time sensitive service for our cyclists, and work very hard to make sure we are easy to contact should someone need us any time of day.
I have reviewed your booking, and can see that:
- You booked for a single day, and left your bike overnight inside the unit.
- You tried to access the next day, but because your booking had finished the day before, you could not access.
- You emailed the core team from a different email address associated with your account, and received a response inside 2 minutes.
- You also used the live-chat service, which explained the situation to you.
- Finally, you rang our customer helpline which also provided you with access.
Our service could not have been more responsive to you, despite you overstaying and contacting us from different contact details than you had registered with.
Finally, we do also provide secure cycle lockers at street level. These are, alongside our hubs, backed up by 24/7 customer support.
