I ordered 2 crockpots waited for a while and only received 1 and it was smaller than I paid for. It took over two months to deliver the wrong product. When I wrote in to inform Spinilo, they did not respond back. This was prior to Covid 19. Would not recommend them at all.

Awful!!!! We ordered set # 2 of the Star Wars wooden spoons and they sent us set #1 and one of them was already splintered and stabbed my husband. They are cheap, cheap spoons. Customer service finally contacted me back and said set #2 was not available. If it was not available, why is your site still allowing people to purchase it? (Go try, it works) Why did your company not let us know that the set was not available instead of sending us a WRONG and defective product? Scam artists!!!!

I placed an order on 7th September (order #18721) and I am STILL yet to receive the goods.

The contact number on the website (+1 307 414-8057) is no longer in service and I’ve sent half a dozen emails, which have been ignored.

These guys are crooks - they’ll take your money and run.

To all potential customers, do not buy any product at this store I have never experienced such a bad customer service in my life. They do not reply to Mails nor give satisfying responses via Facebook beside standard texts. I had no other choice to contact Paypal for clarifying the situation and to grant my rights.

I can’t give this site a 0 rating else I would! We ordered two 7 quart nightmare before Christmas crockpots and wooden spoons. We received only one crockpot and it wasn’t even the right colors nor the right quart. They gave us a 4 quart and only one. They delivered it about 7 months later and refuse to respond to our emails about it. Do not order from them. You will not get what you ordered and if you do it’ll have something wrong with it and get it months down the road. Highly disappointed.

Thank you loved the Snoopy Wooden Spoon set and they came earlier than expected and made on my Mom's exact birthday which I didn't expect but was a NICE surprise! Thanks a million for the spoons and super fast shipping!

Got a Nightmare Before Christmas Crockpot for Christmas, and the one in the box is not the same as the one pictured on the box, and since it was ordered in May, I have no recourse. Stay away!!!!

Over the summer, my mom shared a post from them about some cute Nightmare Before Christmas figures on sale for $50 for the pair, so I decided to order them for my mom's birthday. First, it took over a month for them to ship. Then another month to arrive, as they were coming directly from China. When they arrived, I noticed the packaging lacked any sort of copyright or trademark information and the figures inside were not as advertised - paint was bleeding, certain elements looked sloppily done, proportions were off as if somebody used pictures for reference and made their own statues. I emailed the company immediately asking for a refund. After some internet digging, I found that the pictures were stolen from the artist Miss Mindy, who does have a line of licensed statues based on Disney characters. A couple days passed and I still hadn't heard from Sponilo, so I filed a claim with Paypal. Thank god I purchased through them, as they were able to refund me my money as Sponilo never responded to their messages either. I'm disgusted that I actually got duped into buying knockoffs of someone else's hard work. Do NOT do business with Sponilo or any unknown "fan" site, and make sure to use PayPal when shopping online so somebody will be able to help you if the transaction goes sour. Support independent artists!

I would stay far away. I bought a set of spoons through their etsy page back on the 7th. I just messaged them today asking the status of my order since it said it still didnt ship after a week. I got a reply saying that they need my phone number in order to ship my order? Excuse me?? They had sent a message after I purchased my order saying to provide your phone number for express shipping. Thats the thing for, for express shipping, NOT for my product to even ship at all. And to not tell me anything after a week is ridiculous. Not only that, I read reviews today saying that these items dont come from Wyoming like the shop states but from China like every other cheaply made item. Dont expect to pay 30-40 for a set of spoons and then be lied to

Quick service, product was as shown online. HOWEVER, I purchased off Etsy and truly thought I was buying from a small business in Wyoming, not a big company in China. I feel very misled. Luckily I received my purchase, unlike some others.

The quality of spoons was beyond my expectation and I will buy it again

Rip off! I ordered the crock and spoons middle of August. When I email I get thanks for reaching out I will look into this for you. I, unfortunately, did not order with PayPal so it is now my mission to warn everyone on every review site I can... with every legal office I can and every rating site. It has been a month and nothing.

This company is absolutely trash I ordered spoons and a slow cooker in March, and I waited and waited and waited... emailed back and forth a few times about the wearabouts of my product only to be told it was pre order and would be shipped in May... so I waited... nothing... then emailed again... they said they had no AU plugs so they had to special order It... still nothing.... they stopped responding so I sent a paypal claim and it was only then that they sent out the shipping.... once I had the shipping it took a week to get to me.... for it to only be the slow cooker and not the spoons... I spent $120 for a bunch of crap really.

I placed an order with Sponilo.com in March/2019 and made a payment of $59. I never received my order. Was told that it was a pre-order, then I was told there was a shortage of material and they were a little behind in shipping out, then I was told not to worry it shipped, then I was told it was destroyed in customs. Customs? They advertised as a USA based company ! Then I was promised a refund. Months later, still no refund and they have cut off all communication with me. They did however respond to my cousin who said he wanted to place a LARGE ORDER with them (he didn’t really want to place an order with them, he just wanted to see if they would respond. They did and said they’d be happy to take his LARGE order ! ) This company is a total scam !!! They are stealing people’s money !!!! BUYER BEWARE PLEASE !!!!!

This place is terrible. I placed an order with them in March and never received it. Now they are not writing me back and won’t give me my refund. Don’t order anything from them.
