We have been working with SponsoredLinx for over 4 years now. In the beginning we had a great account manager and were getting reports not just of results but also of the work being done, they would show us the content they were making, the back linking they were doing and the optimization work they were doing on the site.

About 12 months ago it all started to go down hill, Zero communication, and when I asked for documentation that the work they said they were doing was being done they gas lit me and lied to me.

After 3 months of asking for proof of work I emailed them and cancelled my payments. They then got my original account manager to contact me to try to smooth things over! Supper manipulative.

They wouldn't leave me alone until I told them I felt like I was being scammed, then they couldn't get away from me fast enough!

A real shame but I strongly recommend stay as far away from these types of agencies as possible. In today's climate with AI search engines, there is no way these agencies can actually keep up to date with the changing algorithms. they are simply just selling snake oil at this point.

SponsoredLinX promised “high-quality, industry-relevant backlinks” and “transparent reporting” but delivered irrelevant blogs, denied dashboard access, and contradicted themselves in emails.

In my opinion, this is deceptive and possibly fraudulent behaviour. I have escalated to VCAT, ACCC, VSBC, and my bank.

Small businesses should be extremely cautious.

I have been with SponsredLinx for over 2 years. They have given me some results, but nothing is feasible, I regret not leaving earlier. They've seemed to have done the bare minimum. I have just completed a course with Digital Solutions (a free government program; you pay $45 extra for consultations with experts in SEO, socials, etc). And I found out that there is plenty of things to be fixed on the website. Throughout those couple of years, they have added some keywords and one passage that I know of, telling me that everything looks good. Apparently, I need to rewrite a lot of my content and add more keywords. You would think that these basic changes should have been done or at least communicated. But when you know nothing about it you just settle for whatever you are given. I absolutely agree with the term "overpriced scammers". My account manager Taylor was lovely but clearly didn't know how to manage the team, SEO, or Google properly. Sorry, Taylor! But I have wasted a lot of money and that company leaves a bad taste in my mouth after knowing what I know about the SEO now. Shame on you all!

A total waste of time and money, after 3 months they didn't create the landing page as a package. The whole tracking info was messed up and the customer service is very poor. Beside don't provide any results and taking every week money from my bank account for doing nothing, after the cancellation they will take 2 weeks of payment just for the sake of rip you off.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
