really really solid customer service and products too
I have ordered from SWW a few times and its always great. This last time I got my order but unfortunately they forgot one of my syringes - as upsetting as it was, I just reached out and not only did they send my missing item but also included 4 extras! The customer service is phenomenal, any issue will be dealt with no doubt in my mind! On top of that, the product is amazing - I have 30 tubs with 10 of their strains right now all growing wonderfully. Cant beat their prices either.

Why send syringes without a needle?...
Ordered 5 syringes from them on November 16th and they just arrived today. Opened it up to see one of them are incorrect & not a single needle to be found. So I am unable to use them & start without ordering more. Highly disappointed after waiting so long.

These guys are so helpful and have such good products at affordable prices, this space is full of greedy people charging $40 for a tube full of water. SporesWorldwide is really a solid guy. I can't believe someone would write such a negative review either, the website is extremely clear on what is being sold and you would have to be blind to think you are buying something that you should show to a 4th grade class. Pretty sure that if you bring active spores to a class that's your fault, not the person who sold them lol.

I tried to purchase microscopy supplies to teach a lesson to my 4th grade class.
Unknowingly, I was sent a culture that was supposedly illegal, and I didn't know. I was reprimanded and almost lost my job because I was in posession of, and by legal standards, distributing a psilocybin containing substance to my grade 4 students.
This is absolutely deplorable, and from what I've seen other people have undergone the same issues with receiving illegal substances instead of the marketed items.

Absolutely Lovely customer support, very helpful and informative. This is not to mention the amazing deals they run frequently, I personally was able to receive 50% of my order.
Please give these guys consideration if you're looking for high-quality mycology products! and most importantly shipping worldwide - it's kinda in the name
