Had to chase for updates, item never delivered
I ordered a basketball top on 29 June for my godson’s birthday in August. After receiving the initial order confirmation, I heard nothing from the company. I had to chase them twice in July for an update, and it was only on 14 August — over six weeks later — that I was finally told the item was out of stock.
The lack of proactive communication and the excessive delay meant I had no time to find an alternative gift, leaving my godson without the present I had planned. This is unacceptable customer service for any retailer.
I have requested a refund, which I hope will be processed promptly, but based on this experience I will not be ordering from this company again.
