Für Reklamationen werden keine Rückerstattungen geleistet

Die Bestellungen kommen in der Regel an und sind in Ordnung.

Reklamationen allerdings sollte man sich sparen. Ich habe einige Artikel reklamiert und zurückgesendet, habe aber nur das Geld für einige zurück erhalten. Ich warte seit fast 3 Monaten auf 85€ Rückerstattung.

Der Kundenservice antwortet nur mit automatisierten Emails aus denen klar wird, dass niemand deine Mails liest. Telefonnummer gibts hier nicht. Das Spiel mit den automatisierten Mails wird gespielt bis du kapitulierst.
Ich werde schauen was rechtliche Schritte bringen und berichten.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Hilfe niemand meldet sich und nun nach 5 Tagen gemeldet

Hallo, die Ware und die Lieferung würde ich mit 5 Sternen bewerten. Nur möchte ich von 13 Artikeln 3 zurücksenden und das bezahlen des Verstandes funktioniert auf der Webseite nicht. Der Kundenservice meldet sich auch nicht mehr bei mir. Bitte bitte melden Sie sich bei mir.

Ich habe heute von 1 Stern zu 5 Sternen verändert, da sie sich nun gemeldet haben. Und alles ist geklärt. Suuuuper. Nun warte ich ab ob die Rückerstattung funktioniert 😉
