Great customer service
After issues with delivery (Royal mails fault) I received great customer service from the team here who got me the tracking number and solved my issue. They even gave me £10 voucher to use for my next order even though it was not their fault 10/10 customer service and would highly recommend their product.

I ordered over three weeks ago was sent a card belonging to someone else and I had to pay customs charge of €15 contacted ye straight away and ye sent out a new one when I clearly said I wanted it for the 30th of November still hasn’t arrived it was for my sons birthday now I have no card and I had to pay another custom charge and I still haven’t received and ye said it would be here on time it’s ridiculous

Express delivery not worth paying for, it doesn't happen.
Was a gift for my sons birthday he specifically asked for. Ordered in enough time and paid for express delivery. Card never arrived for his birthday. Ordered on 22nd August, dispatched on 27th August and arrived on 1st September. Really disappointed by this. All day my son asked if there were any more presents coming, he wanted this to show his cousins and friends and I was let down which in turn means he was let down. No parent wants to feel that way on their kids birthday.

I’m really sorry to hear how disappointed you felt, especially as this was for your son’s birthday. I completely understand how important it was for him to have his gift on time.
I do just want to clarify a couple of points. We don’t offer an express delivery option – the usual turnaround for cards being made is up to 5 working days. Your card was actually made in just 2 days and dispatched on time with the correct 48-hour postage. It was accepted by the Post Office on Wednesday, which meant it should have arrived with you by Friday or Saturday, well in time for the birthday. Unfortunately, the delay happened while the item was with the courier, which is sadly outside of my control.
I take a lot of care to get every order out quickly and on schedule, and I’m sorry that on this occasion the delivery service let us both down. I really do appreciate your feedback, and I’ll continue working with our courier to ensure these kinds of delays are avoided wherever possible.

Tried contacting them using their form, still nothing. Will update if contacted.UPDATE-contact made so hopefully rectified as the product itself is fab.

Hi Paul. Firstly I'm sorry to see that your order didn't arrive with you in time for Christmas. I can see your order was placed on 8th December, which was in time for our Christmas cut off dates, and it was dispatched on 13th December. Our Christmas cut off dates are all determined by the communicated dates from the delivery companies - in your case, this was Royal Mail and their last postage date for Christmas with the service used for your delivery to Ireland was 16th December which means yours should have arrived with you well in time.
Having looked at the tracking information, it looks like there was a delay within the Royal Mail network which has meant it arrived with you late. I wholly apologise for this and will raise this with Royal Mail to find out why it happened. Unfortunately, we have to rely on delivery companies to deliver the items for us and they do experience delays at peak times which impacts the perceived service of our company so I will be sure to follow it up.
