I purchased a pullover " Bills" jacket from Sportiquetion Fashion. I found their products on Facebook marketplace. #1. Use a credit card. #2 This is a legitimate company. #3 they really do reply to emails. #4 I believe the company is out of China. It took a very long time to receive my jacket approximately 60 days. #5 The material for the jacket is very cheap. Almost felt like material. It looks great on the computer. I honestly received a lot of compliments but it is made out of cheap material that truly looks and feels like felt not cotton or any other apparel material.

Don’t buy from this company. Item was nothing like what it looked like online. Terrible quality. Contacted them, wouldn’t accept return, offered 10% then 20% refund of purchase price. Had to dispute via PayPal, they then promised to do full refund if I cancelled by dispute, then they just ignored my messages asking where my refund was, completely ignored me. Awful place to deal with. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEN.

Horrible quality, I paid $60 for what looked like a quality shirt... I got it and pure garbage! I bet the cost to them was $5! I wrote immediately and asked for a refund, they offered me 20% through more communications of me asking for a full refund, they came up to 30% refund... Now I will just dispute with my credit card company!

Finally got my package delivered! Took a lot of back and forth, but the product I ordered was delivered.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY! Never never order from this company. They never ship you the item and you have to go back-and-forth with them for over a month for them to re-ship and they still refuse. They just constantly send you a pre-fabricated email back now I have to go and try and get a refund to my credit card which I doubt I will get because this is such a crappy company.

Terrible company. Ordered something online, a week after the expected shippinf date i had to track them down only to head that the item was never in stock. Total scammers, don't order from them.

This site is here to rip you off.
Everything is good:
The product looks great.
You order it.
They take your money.
They email to tell your shipment is on the way.
Then you get the email saying there was a problem with paypal, and they can't ship your order.
Now you have to duke it out with paypal to get your money back.
This site is not worth it.

This seems to be a fake company. You order something, they say it is coming...then nothing ships...Then you reach out to them and "Tiago Rodrigues" from customer services says that they don't have the item.

Over 50 days ago I ordered a watch. It's still not dispatched. They don't respond to email, phone or even online chat. So bad so disappointing

It's literally a scam company. Ordered four candles. Shipping label created. Three weeks later, still waiting on the candles and the shipping label is still in the "generated, awaiting package" status. Customer service did respond but says "we are working to ship" with no estimate of when it will ship. I'm pretty sure this company is a money laundering operation or something because it seems like so many reviews are them taking orders and not shipping out any product. Only shop here if you enjoy having to do chargebacks through your credit card to chase down your money. So annoying. AVOID.

purchased a boundary supply rift sling bag 3 weeks ago and the website is still stating that my order is awaiting fulfillment. I wrote several messages to customer support to no avail. I’m extremely dissatisfied

Worst company ever I had no idea it was a scam company. Ordered a helmet and no reply for days and no answers on their customer service. Pure scam stay away.

I ordered a Light Phone 2 with the case and screen protector in the same order. The phone and the screen protector came but the case never did. I tried reaching out two weeks ago and never heard anything back. I made this order over a month ago, and when I track the item it says that there was an attempted delivery of the case. What can I do to get my item if no one will respond? Looking at these other reviews I don't recommend buying from this website. I don't seem like the only one who has missing items and trouble with customer service.

Do not buy from this shady company. They take your money and never ship your order. They don’t communicate.

This company is untrustworthy. They will not respond to emails or phone calls. They charged for shipping even when the order qualified for free shipping. They will not honor their return policy because they will not respond to your request. I tried to cancel my order within two hours of placing it and they never responded. They sent the wrong size. Look at all the other reviews and you will see a pattern of dishonesty and deception.

Sportique accepts orders and then sits on them. They overcharged on sales tax and ignored multiple inquiries. I filed a credit card dispute to get my money back. I suggest avoiding this type of disservice. BAD!

In 2022, I made an order with delivery to Russia. It took a long time to make out and send. Then the order hung in Fedex. They were not sent to Russia because of the war with Ukraine. Now FedEx has sent them a refund to the USA. Sportique have written to me that I have received the order and are no longer in touch. There is no trust. I don't recommend it.

I bought a highly expensive item in this website, 2 weeks passed and I didn't hear anything from the order processing. Tried to reach out the support to understand what was going on and initially they were taking one week to respond, said they were going to check, nothing happened, I sent a new message, another week passed they said the same thing: that they were going to check. Yet another week passed and I even tried to contact them by phone but it's busy all the time, never got to talk to anyone and they stopped replying for good.
Now I'm struggling to try and get my money back and felt the need to post in the only location I saw there was a reference from this store.
