I never ordered from here but I read all the reviews and it seems over half of the reviews are people who never received there items. Its a shame you cant find a reputable company anymore.

I have emailed several times and received no response. I don’t believe this is a legitimate site and I am deciding if I should report it as fraud to my bank as I have received nothing and have no way of getting in contact with this company

My order said it had been delivered but…

My order said it had been delivered but it wasn’t in my garden I’ve asked for a refund and they won’t give it to me they just say it has been delivered when it hadn’t I’ve asked for a refund three times and they’ve just said it had been delivered

Great service at Sport is Good

Great service at Sport is Good in Paris. I received the items I couldn't get anywhere else, and at a good price. The only criticism was that the package was only tracked after it arrived in Denmark.

Where is my package?

I came to this Trustpilot because I feel like I just got scammed. I ordered a motorbike helmet on 20.7.2025. They wrote me on 26.7. that they shipped the helmet and gave me the tracking numbers from fedex. It’s been a week, no package and from the fedex tracking shows that they haven’t received the package from sportisgood.ch, Only shipment information they sent to fedex on 26.7.2025. And the package information weight 0,1 kg (for a motorbike helmet). The Kontakformular didn’t work, now the website has just disappeared (Forbidden 403). No Customer Service to contact, no package, just disappointing. I still have a little hope that fedex will notify me that sportisgood will finally handed over my package to fedex. If I don’t receive my helmet that I paid, I will be very disappointed and I don’t know how I will get my money back.

I bought this expecting to get it soon…

I bought this expecting to get it soon enough for my wife's birthday not realizing it was shipping from overseas via a slow boat from Europe. Probably will not buy from this vendor again since it appears they don't have stock items in the US. Item came from France to the Netherlands on a boat from there. I like others should have read the reviews first......

I ordered hard to find fat bike tires…

I ordered hard to find fat bike tires and they showed up in a little over two weeks. They came from France and I’m in Arizona, they provided tracking the whole time…..so my purchase worked out for me.

Quality product, great price. Legit!

I read the reviews here, but nevertheless ordered a waterproof bike messenger bag because it seemed perfect for my use and the price was great. The bag arrived yesterday and I am completely delighted by it. It did take a while to get here. I ordered it on June 16, it shipped on June 20 and arrived July 1. The company did update me by email when the order was placed and when it shipped. It was not possible to track the order as it moved from Europe to the US, so you just have to trust that it will arrive. And in my case it did. So this is not a scam site. If you have patience and trust, you should be rewarded with a quality product at an excellent price.

Do not use this company

Don't use this company unless you want to give yourself a lot of stress and anxiety. They do not respond to any emails, social media messages, and their phone goes to voicemail. I ordered a pair of shoes, the tracking number brought up no results. I emailed them multiple times, I emailed the spacefoot email they tell people to contact when responding on here, I tried calling, I sent messages on social media. No response. I was sure it was some kind of scam company. By some miracle the shoes eventually did arrive after a few weeks, but they're uncomfortable and I have no hope of returning them with a company who ignores all forms of contact. A horrible, stressful experience.

Edit post business reply: LOL asking everyone to send yet more emails to the email address they don't respond to. What in the name of God is going on with this company. Wish I'd read the other reviews first.

No customer service

Is this a scam site?
I placed my order on the first of June and as of today I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. The tracking number shows my parcel is in Netherlands and has been there for the las 4 days.
No one is replying to my messages, no support at all. I paid almost 20€ of shipping costs and I'm still here waiting without support.

I CONTACTED YOU MILLIONS OF TIMES BY EMAIL AND NO USEFUL SOLUTION WAS GIVEN SO FAR

Good experience and inventory

We were able to find some items through Sport is Good that we couldn't find locally. We needed international shipping which can take a little longer but overall not too bad considering the long distance shipping. We ended up placing a second order as well which was even quicker. We had questions and they were good with communication. We will order from them again in the future if needed.
