If you value your money & time - AVOID

It's absurd this company is still even in business.
I bought an MLB crate as a gift for my dad in NOVEMBER 2018. It's now MAY 2019 and the crate hasn't even been shipped out yet due to whatever delays (they won't actually tell their customers why or offer refunds, but they do keep charging the reoccurring membership prices).
Their support tickets are confusing and just send automated messages over and over, cluttering your inbox.
It's a shame this company can't get their act together considering the product and idea are great for the modern sports fan.
Seriously, if you value your time or money, avoid like the plague.

Maybe one day they will figure out how…

Maybe one day they will figure out how to operate, but until then - AVOID! I signed up for MLB crate every 2 months. The missing shipping by 2 months and then billed me twice. The failed to respond to multiple requests to cancel my subscription (due to the delays and overcharge) but received no response. Finally before I was bill for a 3rd box (but had not received the first) I submitted a chargeback request via paypal. After chargeback request I got a response within 24hrs. Money refunded and service stopped. I was sent a $20 credit to use for the "vault" which a store of extra crate items that was made of excess of subscribers. I waited a couple months hoping they'd sort out the shipping problems. After couple months I order a couple items...and coupon worked perfectly.Order was supposed to ship within business days, but 2 weeks... NOTHING. Contacted CS and rep quickly responded saying item will be shipped within another week. That was 3 weeks ago. So its over 1 month and no shipment, but they claim they still have items IN STOCK. What's the issue? Have items. Show items on website. Take money for items. Put items in box. Ship items. Overall not a real complicated process!
