Sent a return for wrong description 25 days ago and have not received any info, while they promise It in 7 days. No way to ask, only FAQ.

Fast shipping once ordered, but I paid for the most expensive priority shipping method and after one week, I still haven't received It. Not your fault but you should avoid to propose the priority option, it'useless and a waste of money for the customer

Love this particular jacket, back to Italy seems like taking a walk to the nearest store in London and grab it.

The site is not not trustable. Everything fishy. I ordered a shoe, when I order there should be a discount. The final price shown something but the site charged me without the extra discount. I ordered on 21st November and The packege sopposed to arrive by by 29th November. Today it is 1st December and I have no clue where the packege is. They didn’t sent me any information regarding the courier. I can not even trace the packege. It was my first purchase from aports direct and Its a dister.

I bought a pair of hiking boots that unfortunately were faulty. I reached out to support and Claire was kind enough to assist me through the return process, so I finally managed to purchase them again (hopefully this time I'll be luckier!). They made a mess with the return, then the refund value was incorrect, but Claire assisted me at all times and at the end it all worked out.
