Ieri ho acquistato due paia di ciaspole, pagate immediatamente con Paypal. Questa mattina ordine annullato perché i prodotti acquistati non erano in magazzino. Mi hanno rimborsato immediatamente (solo per questo ho dato 2 stelle), ma per me è inconcepibile che in un sito risultino disponibili prodotti che invece non ci sono.

Acquisto effettuato in data 12/05/2020, Paypal autorizza la transazione il 14/05/2020. Chiedo quindi a mezzo mail di spedire al più presto e nulla; chiamo più volte il giorno dopo e nulla; scrivo in data 15/05/2020 di spedire e nulla. Continuo a chiamare fino al 18/05/2020 e nulla, sempre ignorato e senza risposta alcuna. Per fortuna ho acquistato tramite Paypal e quindi in data 18/05/2020 ho aperto un reclamo.
