Guys, don’t be like me, be smart. Listen to every others comments. This casino is 100% rigged. I record myself playing against the dealer with 2 open hands. Just so you know the dealer got 19 twenty one in 25 hands that is impossible. With 2 open hands he got 10 blackjack on 30 hands idk how!!! And if you play, you need to hit when he have a 6 because he never bust. I really hope this casino get deleted because it is 150% rigged and have 20 or 21 every hand

Prior to the AGLC getting ahold of it, I loved this platform. Over a few years, won a few grand jackpots. Customer service is great, payouts are etransferred within 20 minutes and site is overall easy to navigate. HOWEVER since the AGLC (Alberta) found a way to get in this last month, it’s gone downhill fast. Removed a ton of decent games, pushing other ridiculous ones that are pretty much VLT style, and wins/bonuses have decreased dramatically.

I unsubscribed from emails and SMS at Sports Interaction more than once, yet the messages kept arriving and even phone calls started. Support confirmed the request but the volume never decreased.
After that experience I looked at FieryPlay.plus. Contact stayed limited and stopped when I asked.

This shithole of a sports/casino site has to be next to Bet Victor the worst site for handling complaints .It,s pass the buck mentality .I was a VP customer and I was complaining of computer glitches on crash games for 2 years now .Jad is the worst of them all VP accounts manager for me . He gives me a direct line supposedly and pretends no sms were ever sent . They screen all calls so if they want to get back with you with their work cells ,its on their time .Trust me very very rare unless you rant more . How does anyone who files a complaint gets heard in this manner . Joke of a site my mistake to enroll 2 years ago .Stay far away

Absolutely a scam site. Very lil chance at getting any form of a bonus and when you do the pay outs are complete garbage..they have alot of fancy extra bets that completeley change how every one of there games play..avoid at all cost and don't even bother asking anything from customer service or find anything to do with theor supposed rtp and audit...all live games are in the same slummy basement as bet 365...should not be legal to play in Canada...seeing as there based in Lithuania

Scam machines, fake promotions, avoid

Erin & Savi helped me a lot, as they answered most my questions and doubts. Clarified and fulfilled my issues. Genuinely, the customer service was so good to the point it convinced me to switch to this betting site completely. The customer service comes bar to known and might be the best amongst all betting services.

Website doesn't load games. I tried to withdrawal because I literally could not play anything on the website from my computer. Multiple browsers, devices, didn't work. They asked for a screen recording, it was 688mb and they told me to use their app. I don't want casino gambling apps on my phone, but they literally told me they locked the withdrawal since I didn't 'utilize' it (I have this in my emails).

App BARELY works. I think I can spin for about 5 minutes until it freezes, and I have to close out the entire thing, log back in, for another 5 minutes until I have to repeat the whole process again.

Garbage, just stay away. Customer service is also useless.

They cheat customers to avoid paying out on promotions by cancelling promotions when customers are close to chieving the goals. Their collect a puck promotion said if you collect 32 pucks you win $1000 cash yet. when I reached 31 they took promotion down to avoid my completion. Other promotions don't work properly and any funds spent trying to achieve them are not refunded. Horrible site avoid!!!

I wish I checked the reviews first . After 6 months of playing here this casino is cheap beyond belief . They offer no bonus match up , not even one bonus , free spins is joke 10cent free spins. Do not play here this place doesn’t value its customers. Trash casino

Stay away from this website! They’ve been holding my winnings for 2 months for an “account review”. Be aware of these scammers! I wish I checked the reviews because if you look you will see I’m not the only person who had to experience this with this website.

I can’t believe after 20 years of playing on sportsinteraction I asked a simple question about why I can’t have access to other deposit methods besides etransfer. I was told they don’t have to provide me a reason and they will not be making any changes to my account. I then told them to close my account. They never asked for a reason. Pretty pathetic. I’ll be leaving a review and reminding all the people I know to avoid sports interaction at all costs. The company does not care about me or anyone.
