This site is fixed. It lets you hit a little bit and then takes it all back. I mean you hit nothing after that. And it happens over and over again. There program is so transparent that I have recorded it over and over. I am sending my findings to the Ontario gambling commission. This is not legit. My sentiments is stay far away from this site!!

The worst of all. Customer service os one of the worst ever. I want to recuperate an account but my email is an old one, and have no access. They told.me.to.open an mew account. Which they turned out to close because it was link to the one I have no access...🤣🤣😂

Yes they dont want winners As they win ban or limit you to 1$ as soon as you win few bets and grow your bank specially These are not for low league games .and if you get limit in 1 bookmaker of Entain PLC .you will get limit in all of there books over 10 under Entain PLC including big names like BETMGM.

Entain should be ashamed of Sports Interaction casino. Can't say about their other casinos but if they're like this one,
As others here have already said. You should listen. This does not seem like a honest fair play slots. I know, I have been playing online slots for years at honest casinos.

I have placed less than 10 bets on Sports Interaction. One of them happened to win and they immediately closed my account and won't let me place further bets or even login. They then began asking for several additional documents and saying the ones I previously provided were not clear, despite the images being perfectly fine. I am now having to go ahead and report them to the gaming commission in the hopes of reclaiming the $ I have in my account. Unless you plan on continually losing all of the $ you deposit and never winning a bet I would strongly advise against using Sports Interaction and go to many of the other reputable sportsbooks.

I made a deposit. My bank confirmed the deposit and even charged a processing fee. The $200 never showed up in my account. Sports Interaction told me the money should show, being returned to my account. I waited patiently for a week. After a week I contacted them and they told me I had to show proof that it wasn't returned to my account. I provided a very private informative banking statement and they came up with another excuse. Have had many problems in the past and always the same (not our fault) result. So grateful that there are finally other sites and other alternatives.

Crappy site. I've been trying to reach them by phone because they require my info updated even tho nothing has changed. Can not talk to anyone. Says no support agents are available. What a joke.

If your asked to give a review from sports interaction . Just don't give it , due to the fact that if your honest and yet don't lie and say that there the best especially if your VIP host is Ashley. Then all that will happen is she'll block you from ever even having a chance at winning and strip you of any possible bonus.

Sports Interaction are a bunch of liars..scammers...in the summer of 2024, they were offering me all kinds of perks..from free tix to the cdn open to food/drinks at the st louis bar in Toronto. Well just 5 mths later, they decided to close my account..calling it a
"business decision " no other explanation was given to me..Numerous attempts to speak with higher up mgmt not granted. Nobody at that place gave me a valid reason..I did absolutely nothing wrong..played by the rules all the time..I went from a preferred customer to kicked to the curb 5 mths later...very unacceptable and bush league tactics by Sports Interaction...this kinda,bs has never happened to me with fanduel..DK or bet365..

I made a CFL bet at the beggining of the year on an over/under bet for regular season wins for a specific team. The bet was won and is official as of August 23/25. Sports interaction has stated it is was still in the reviewing process and now they are stating no bets get paid off until the end of the CFL season. None of this was stated when the bet was made. They are constantly looking for ways to hold on to your money for as long as possble. When you make a bet and lose they take your money instantly, but the rules are different if you win. The same bet was placed with BET 365 and they paid out the bet within 12 hours. Sports Interaction is a joke so dont waste your time and effort with them. I have had no issues with BET 365.

I have read other reviewers and several have the same problem I am having with thier GeoComply. I was spinning on slots last week no problem, this week the download geocomply pops up every 15 seconds. It will not allow me to play at all. I have downloaded the software at least 10 times. After clearing the cookies and cache and restarting and all that jazz I can no longer spin on this site. Their advice to me is to upgrade my hardward or have it repaired, what a joke. They literally do not care about the customer service they give you...asking after they tell me to repair my computer, is there anything else I can help you with? Without a real resolution.

If I could give less stars I would. They literally stole $500 from me. I used the Interac deposit they took the money then told me it was pending. No chance for me to recover som e it comes out automatically. They are no help

scam this site I bet for basketball at 1st and 2nd quarter the team I bet is down by 21 points and at the second half at the fourth quarter at 8minutes left down only 4 points I want to cash out but still close the wager betting until the end of game that’s why this is scam..I’m down 21 points the cash out is open but the 55$ I bet is only 1.60$ to cash out…this is scam

Great CS. They don't try to blame you or act like nothing is wrong. They working with you until a solution is found. On another note the speed at which a withdrawal hits your bank account is basically instant. The other sites just play games. They will deposit instant but when it comes to withdrawals all of a sudden a certain amount of business days must go by. With Sports Interaction I could be at the grocery store with my kids in need of a few dollars and trust they will have the funds in my account within literally seconds.
