Have ordered several times from the eshop, excellent packaging and generally service. But its been sometime now that they changed completely their postage pricing. Used to be a flat fee of €8 for EU but now for a simple order of one pair of shoes and maybe 1/2 t-shirts it can teach 30 or more which makes buying not worth it anymore and brings the price of all these out of production products higher.

Thieves. Not able to copy paste an Address.
Not answering email or phone calls.

I used to order a lot at sportspar/sport-korting, but the last few times there was always something wrong: they delivered the wrong item, or it takes ages to actually ship my order.
Prices are getting more expensive too when you compare with a few years ago.
You are actually better of with amazon

Customer service is non-excisting, they simply don't answer you which is very rude and gives the impression they don't care.

Unfortunately this was the last time for me, I cancelled my order en will not return.

I wanted to buy a pair of shoes yesterday after paying they took the money off my card and told me “Transaction can’t be completed”
After contacting them nobody answered the phone or email!
NEVER EVER RECOMMENDING THEM 🚷

I’ve purchased from them in the past and had no issues. However, this time was completely different. I placed an order on May 10, 2025, and as of today, the products still haven’t been delivered. I also contacted their support on May 14, but received no response.

I bought from them before without problem, but then this time, they send me used and broken shoes. and i had to contact the customer service, the customer service is horrible. really slow, and not helpful at all, even in this case, i should pay my own return and hope they refund me.

I will never shop here again !!!!!

They did not refund me, had to send multiple emails without an answer.
Charged me 6 euro return fee when the courier did not even try to deliver just dropped it off at pick-up station.
I paid for delivery to the address not pick up, why i would shop online when I need to go and hunt for my products... Do not shop very poor customer service and they will ''forget'' about your refund and just send robotic answers.

Top shop…!! 👏👏👏👏ordered on 4 separate occasions now .! And every time it’s gone perfectly .!
Good stuff for cheap prices …communication is 100% shipping bang on ..! Ordered just before Xmas and went perfectly …got it just before Xmas as promised …
Customer service is also good within 1 working day I get a reply ..!
Order stuff from here you’ll save some money and stuff turns up on time ..! What more do you want

I've had an issue with my order, and the company was unable to resolve it. Due to the courier (a particularly unreliable one), I'm being forced to pay an unjustified fee. Take responsibility and stop harming your customers!

I bought some shoes for a good price. Fast delivery, everything perfect.

This Company has literally no customer service. If a delivery service failed you pay for your good and be alone with that situation. Even after 4 weeks and several requests and evidence, no compensation in good or money back. They don't care what happens with goods not reaching their clients. A questionable and definitely illegal business practice!

Great online Store, I bought a pair of tennis shoes and some socks, and everything was perfect. The delivery took few days as advised, and soon I had my things on my hands :) and the price was definitely also very good. I can only recommend Sportpar.

The customer service acused me of stealing their Hermes number and using it to return a parcel that never arrived at my address. This was used as justification to charge me for the shipping cost of the order, which was supposed to have been free.

I ordered a pair of shoes and instead of their estimated 2-7 shipping days it took two weeks, a double.

For some reason I received two different tracking links... to different companies. Neither of those worked so I couldn't track my order.

My shoes (obviously) came in a shoebox but that came in a plastic bag. With all the travel it gotten some hits and the shoebox was torn but the shoes were intact.

Ordered a week ago, no update since, contacted support, no answer, package is not even shipped. Very bad service. I hope I will get it later or at least get a refund, never had such a bad experience with any other online shop.
