I am very frustrated, I was trying to buy a set of perfumes, upon completing the payment, instead of receiving email about my purchase and when to receive my perfumes, I received an email from this website sportsplusgo.com informing me that I have subscribed in their website and I need to use the money to purchase products for them !!!
I contacted them to refund me and cancel the subscription but they refused to do full refund and I still have 33.63 euros in their website, please help me to solve this!!!, and be carful of these kinds of scams.

I tried to collaborate with you by purchasing something from the catalog. Surprisingly I figured out that instead of an order a membership request was registered.
