Never ending excuses. Then a van that had just over 200kg payload when it was specd to carry bikes and tow canoe trailer! And the peach? It was running on wheel/tyre combo that were not legally up to the ratings required. These had been changed after the vans IVA. According to John that isn’t intentionally misleading.

Avoid at all costs!

I was looking to buy a motor home and was recommended to John. I found John to be very helpful, and full of knowledge. The overall process was easy, and any questions I had, were answered. I can not recommend John & his team enough.

John, kept putting my build date back, once I'd paid my deposit and the build start date was approaching then nobody was answering the phone or calling me back from the voice messages I'd left. It took 3 months for them to send me a contract with their terms of payment! They want 25% of the build cost 2 weeks before the build starts! Why! Run your cash flow better! And another 25% on the day the build starts! All in they had my van for 10 months and no work was done, John secured quite a few numerous new build contracts at the NEC show and I think this is the reason he kept putting my customised build back. This company is lacking professionalism, and in my opinion John is a salesman masquerading as a skilled workman!
Oh then when I couldn't pick my vehicle up straight away they got some cantankerous woman to phone me and threaten me with storage charge! 😒. The audacity!

Highly recommended Sporttec, great professional team that goes more than the extra mile.
Very bespoke builds and very fair on prices.
As a large independent garage myself I see the quality and craftsmanship you wouldn't get from any manufacturer.
John was very helpful and never at any time pressurised the sale.

Utterly fantastic service from start to finish.
Getting parts in was a problem, but absolutely not their fault. It's the supply chain and demand.
This is the same everywhere.
But moving on to the day of arrival, I was met by two really nice lads, who explained what would be done and what was being fitted (E&P Self levelling to our caravan).
I left in the knowledge that my caravan was in safe hands.
A day later, I had a call to say it was ready.
I went over and met the same two, who went through the operation of it. And were genuinely engaging.
The system is fantastic. It has truly changed the caravanning experience for us. Setting up onsite now takes a few minutes.
I want to say a big thank you to Sporttec. The fitters, the ladies who handle the bookings and communications. It's all highly professional, courteous and friendly.
