Horrible company, took my money 6 months ago for final game at Anfield then let me down and hour before match having already spent hundreds on flights and accommodation. Now withholding the refund still long after their promised 21 days. STAY CLEAR OF THIS LOT ABSOLUTE FRAUDSTERS.

We had tickets for the last Everton game at Goodison park, which we'd booked 5 months in advance, only to receive an email the day before stating we could not get the tickets. This was frustrating enough as my brother had travelled over 150 miles to watch the game. HOWEVER it has now been over a month and I have not received a refund which was promised to take 20 days... When emailing Sport Tickets they asked me to be patient??? Please avoid this company as I am not sure they are a scam!

My tickets were cancelled the day before the match!! And they did not give me a refund!!
I purchased tickets 6 months before the final match at of Everton Goddison park. Was advised 2 days before the match that my tickets were being emailed 1-2 days before the match. I had flights and hotel booked to attend this. Then the day before the match they emailed to say they could not give me the tickets.
Very poor communication / customer service, was told a refund would be given in 1-20 days which never came through. luckily I paid using paypal and opened a dispute which was able to get my £230 refund.
As this was a very popular match I believe they had sold my tickets off at a higher price despite me purchasing 6 months in advance.
Do not buy from here, or if you do buy tickets pay using paypal for security.

I ordered a ticket for everton v Southampton and never received the ticket. I was promised my money back within 20 days and still waiting. Be careful when booking with this firm. I've list my money don't you do the same. I ordered my ticket in February.

Ticket arrived as promised the day before the game which led to a few minutes of worry but in the end everything worked perfectly and seeing Palace win their first trophy after 55 years of supporting them was priceless!!!

Bought tickets to Evertons last game at Goodison Park months ago and got an email the day before the match to inform us we wouldn't be receiving our tickets, we are gutted they still have some heavily overpriced tickets on the site so I guess they've been resold for more money. 21 days for a refund is also a joke I'll never use these lot again. Update* they wouldn't refund or respond so had to go through PayPal for the refund.

I bought a ticket from these guys last November knowing it was Everton's last game at Goodison.
In the past l have used other resale platforms with no trouble and sent my tickets well in advance. I contacted Sport tictets muliple times and eventually told tickets arrive from 3 to 1 day before the game.
I booked time off work and arrangments for my stay in Liverpool etc. I paid 120 quid for my ticket but over the last few weekd these are selling for between 1000 and 1500 quid.
Today i get an email from Sport tictet office that they are not going to honour the tictet i bought and they will refund me in up to twenty days.
If your a sports fan do not put yourself in the position of relying on this company.

Prompt attention to e mails and requests.

Tickets delivered efficiently. One of the e mails did not open for the ticket access / QR code. It was sent again in a short time.

Only criticism would be not getting the tickets sent until a few hours before the match. Flying into another country not knowing if they'd be sent was stressful but we had them for when we needed them so all's good. I assume that's why our tickets were upgraded to hospitality and better seats so that more than made up for it.

I went from Palermo to Madrid to see a great football show.
Totally PERFECT at all!!!! Amazing seats for a great event as the return match Athletic Madrid vs/ Barcelona, 2nd leg Semifinal Copa del Rey.

Before proceeding with my order I double checked with “Mark” in their live chat that they could guarantee me 3 seats together. I was told that that was not a problem and that I’d get 3 seats together.
When the tickets arrived the day before the match I realised immediately they were not together but across one of the stands. I immediately contacted them via email and their chat page and was told “ the team” would be in touch shortly to try to resolve matters.
I even offered an easier solution as I stated that I needed at least 2 seats together to help accommodate my son.
Despite repeated attempts to contact them on the Saturday I received no reply until an email from Richard at 2:30 asking if we were in the ground.
Pretty short sighted as its a well known fact that signal in stadiums is extremely poor.
What should have been a memorable experience was ruined by the company itself.

Waited a while for tickets but well worth the wait. View was amazing, wasn't expecting such amazing seats for the cheaper price. Will definitely use this company again!

My husband and two sons travelled to the game on Sunday. Great seats and great atmosphere. Robert was great to deal with and kept in contact throughout to ensure we got our online tickets sorted and all went well. Would highly recommend them

Hello! At first, I thought that we would no longer receive the tickets, but on the day of the match, we received them. I had even better seats, at VIP Gold, and that's thanks to your company. Honestly couldn’t fault this service from start to finish. Everything that was communicated happened. Every question answered promptly. They even messaged to make sure we got into the event and that everything was okay! Brilliant seats and bio experience. Highly recommend for a unique tailored experience. Will definitely use again.

I’ve used Sports Ticket Office for several years now without any problems. They always deliver what they promise and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service. I recently bought 4 tickets to watch Liverpool v Wolves. I received e-tickets as promised two days before the event. Luckily we got an upgrade to Premier Clubs to ensure we got 4 seats together between penalty box and half way line. Brilliant. They even messaged me before the match to make sure everything was fine.
