Took the FIRC course for the third renewal in six years. The content was as it always has been, a little dry but gets the required training accomplished. After passing, I ran into difficulties with getting IACRA data completed. Called Sporty’s and spoke with Eric. He got to the root of the problem (my computer and pop-ups) stayed with me getting that issue resolved and got me on track. It was late in the day and he told me he was going flying, I said thats great, have fun. Next morning at about 7:30 my time i received a message my temporary was
completed. Excellent handling by Eric and Sporty’s. Thank You for a great ending.

It would be beneficial to wait until the product is delivered prior to evaluating the process. Everything went smoothly and my radio adapter arrived right on time. Not tested yet. Very easy to access the products and obtain quality products! Thank you!!

I have only had a problem once when something I ordered was damaged in transit. Called them and they promptly took care of it.

I asked for my order to be canceled within a few minutes of placement. I did not have a response until about 6 hours later that said the order had been shipped so it could not be canceled. I appreciate the rapid shipment but please respond to request sooner.

The person I talked to about by handheld radio told me how to check to see if the problem was the radio or the battery pack. It was the battery pack and I have ordered two replacements.

Overall service was excellent. Needed some technical related help with the selection of a radio - very helpful. All around, great experience.
