Ordered 2 hoodies received no hoods just 2 jackets. No refund, no replies, scam artists how are they even in business?

I ordered an Eddie Van Halen guitar ornament on Nov 20/21. The package arrived on Dec 30/21. The product didn't resemble the picture on the website. It was a cheap piece of plastic with a picture of the guitar sandwiched in the middle. The color was off. It was supposed to be red but it was orange. It was supposed to come with a 15 cm stainless steel chain included but arrived with a length of gold colored thread.
I emailed their customer service. Sent the requested pictures and explained the problem. They said they would contact their factory and get back to me. After a month with no reply I emailed them again and have never gotten a reply.

This company is a scam. I ordered a hoodie and leggings for a friend’s birthday, but not only it took more than a month for the package to arrive, missing the deadline, the items came not near to how they looked on the website. They were also dirty, made of some cheap synthetic fabric, and the images were blurry. Their refund policy clearly says in case of such events the customers would be refunded. I contacted them, they asked to send pictures, which I did. They stopped responding. After my numerous emails they finally replied and told me to just “wash the clothes and see if the dirt comes off”. I responded that this is a birthday gift which is supposed to be in a brand new and clean condition, so washing is not an option. I also reminded them about their own refund policy and provided screenshots, after which they stopped responding completely. I am so disappointed, they let me down with my friend’s gift. I do not recommend to ever buying from them!

Fantastic customer service, prompt response time if you email with questions and I felt my questions were important to them, easy to navigate website and payment methods. They ship to a P.O box!! No worries about missing a delivery of you are out of town! The sizes are as they should be, the fit was perfect on the dart shirts I ordered! The quality of material was just wonderful and I didn't feel the company skipped out on the cost of good material to accommodate for their amazing prices. I feel blessed to have finally found a clothing company that does customized clothing and you actually receive what you're hoping to. They went above and beyond for my first order and I've got a cart full of hats, shirts and hoodies that I now feel confident to order with such success with my first order. A++ ALSO, they can take the design you see one item and have that put onto another if you request it so you dont have to settle, they accommodate!!

Don’t ever purchase anything from this company it’s a complete scam and forget about getting your order in time and In my case it arrived in Canada but had all the wrong information mentioned so it was returned back to the uk and I’ve sent multiple emails to support but have not got any response back!!

Do not buy from this company. Finally received jeep hoodie but only after filing claim with PayPal. Had no communication until claim was filed. Took a month to get. I ordered an X-Large for my daughter-in-law and it will not even fit my dog. No return instructions were included and I received no response to my request. Terrible product, service and communication. They are awful. Stay away from this company. I threw the product in the trash,

They are LIARS and CHEATS, taking money and not delivering!!! They claim the item was delivered on a day that we were actually home ALL day, AND there are NO package deliveries showing in our front door camera! It was a holiday gift never received! They are going round and round with me on the email ... no person or place to call. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

I ordered an item in November.. delivery was supposed to be by mid December. A gift for my father. The item still hasn't arrived. When I challenged them I was told the item was delivered. That is not true. Do not deal with these people.. terrible customer service.

This is is a terrible business that sells cheap, low quality products & has AWFUL customer service
I was sent a different sweatshirt then the one that I ordered& they refused to refund my order!
The sweatshirt I received was similar but not the same & it was poor quality & in poor condition

I ordered two hoodies and a hat. Cheap cheap cheap. Material is cheap. Packaging is crap. The hat came in a bag so was all smashed and still trying to get money back on that. Looks good on site. Do not order from them.

I ordered a sweater from Sportyzen over a month ago and the tracking info still has not registered, and they refuse to refund my $60. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Which I could rate lower. Cheapest material I’ve ever seen- the print seems ok until you wash it. Buyer beware - terrible product

This company needs to go away. I ordered a shirt 8 days prior to needing it and got a note that “shipment has started” which made me suspicious. I had to have the shirt for a wedding on July 10. I ordered the shirt July 2. It needed to be delivered to the wedding venue at a state other than my own. The wedding has come and gone, not the shirt! I’m still told “shipment has started”. I asked the company to change the shipping address to my home. They declined to do so and gave me the USPS hotline. DO NOT ORDER FROM SPORTYZEN

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!.I BOUGHT A RUG FOR MY FATHERS DAY GIFT AND IT WAS A CHEAP PIECE OF CRAP! YOU CANT EVEN WALK ON IT. THEY ARE GONNA COMPENSATE ME WITH 15 PERCENT OFF MY NEXT ORDER! WRONG I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

This site is a scam, I purchased but they non-ship for me.
