Found a great spot by the symphony. Fairly easy to navigate site.

SpotHero sends a video to show you where to park. I followed the video exactly, it even has a large BINGO arrow overtop of the spots. I have the same matching video to theirs. I recieved a $75 parking ticket and almost had my car towed from parking where they told me to park. They refuse to acknowledge it was their error, and claim I parked at a different address even though I have proff of where I parked. I ended up having to move my car, pay another $20 to park somewhere else. So, in the end, I paid $95 to park in Toronto for 8 hours. Extremely frustrating. Customer service kindly reimbursed the $7 I paid for the day ....too bad Ive paid $95 instead of the $7.

We reserved a parking garage spot in downtown Indy for May 2. When we got to the garage, all parking was free that day! We called Spot Hero, and they wouldn’t refund our reservation. Our recommendation is: Just find parking when you arrive at your event. We lost $20.

the merchant failed to disclose a critical restriction—no in-and-out privileges—prior to or during the booking confirmation. This material omission was only discovered upon arrival, rendering the service unusable for my needs. Since the booking terms were incomplete and misleading regarding basic access rights.

I've used SpotHero just a few times so far, and have had terrific reliable experiences both times. The use of the App makes finding and securing parking quite easy, and I've appreciated the discounts I've already been offered and used. Each time I've reached out for customer service support to help clarify issues, I've received quick, thorough, and friendly responses.

Found a garage, paid for 24 hours but they never mentioned anything about one time parking. Waste of money. Pain to use and was only able to use the lot once. No warning on only being able to use the QR Code only once. This was bull!

Spothero double charged me for a parking spot overnight. When got my credit card bill and called they offered a small discount, I reminded them that I did not do anything wrong and they said they would reimburse me for the error, which they never did. I will never use them again.

Spot Hero has become my go-to app for parking. The app is simple and easy to use. There are almost always lots of parking options available, and at the best possible prices. And when I reached out to Customer Service for a refund, even though I technically didn’t qualify for one, they still honored my request with Spot Hero credit - and I will be using that soon. The two Customer Service Reps I interacted with really helpful and very nice.

Upon arriving to reserved and paid parking lot. There were no spots available for me to park. We waited for 30 minutes and no spots became available…. I was forced to find a different place to park that was further from the venue. I live out of town and was disappointed …. Fortunately my brother was attending the event with me and knows Athens very well and was able to help find a place for us to park. And our evening was a wonderful event.

I'd honestly written SpotHero off a year ago based on a poor experience, but thought I'd try again. Glad I did! Got a great spot, at a great price, and when we arrived there was actually a parking place for us. Virtually across the street from where we wanted to go! The ONLY thing I'd complain about - which is not SpotHero's fault - is the crummy Google Maps routing. It was fine but for some reason Google gets lost in the City of Seattle, LOL. Again, not related to SpotHero but I recommend users take advantage of the info provided and review the images of the lot and general location from the reservation before setting out!

Highly disappointed with this parking facility. I paid around $40 just to have the elevators not working. The closest parking i could find was on the N floor. As someone who has cardiac issues i am was not expecting the elevators to be broken. It was a struggle to go up the steps. Thank goodness i have my inhaler. Highly disappointed with this place.

App is wonderful, so easy to use , precise instructions and directions!

I have just started using Spot Hero and I must say I'm very impressed. No issues, easy to get to. Spot Hero made life easy!

Making the reservation and paying in advance was a breeze. There was some confusion on the lot attendants part. Said we were in the wrong location. Didn't know what spothero was. After he called his supervisor, everything was good. I think it was his first day. Lol. But all in all a good experience.
