Spot Hero has excellent customer…

Spot Hero has excellent customer service. Every time that I have spoken with them, they have been professional, very helpful and friendly.

My over all experience with Spot Hero has been great and because of that I continue to use them for parking when in Chicago.

I discover that my vehicle was driven…

I discover that my vehicle was driven by an unauthorized personal for 21 miles while in parking's care, This is backed by photographic evidence of the odometer. I called Spot Hero and they
- took no responsibility,
- Offered no apollogy
- Offered $30 credit
- when I asked if they have access to camera recording of the lot and if the parking lost has one, they responded by saying it depends on the parking lot
- They asked me to file a complaint if I have lost anything
Very poor customer service and I have no trust left on

I had a terrible experience with…Customer Service

I had a terrible experience with SpotHero customer service on 4/11/26. Someone hacked my account and reserved a spot, so I called them to alert them. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I was told to call my credit card company, which I did. My credit card company said they could not dispute the charge because the payment was still pending and to call SpotHero back and tell them to not put the charge through. So, after waiting another 15 minutes on hold I explained my story once again to customer service. He put me on hold again to talk to a manager who then said there was nothing that they could do and I would have to go through the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. Again, my credit card company said that SpotHero most definitely could stop the charge, but they refused to.

Exceptional Support

I had a snafu with my parking purchase for a recent game in SF. The parking lot I had paid a hefty price for was full and only reserved spots were left and since we were not supposed to park in the reserved parking we did several rounds of the parking lot, waited a long time to see if someone left, but given we were late for the game we gave up and drove and parked at another spot, paid and ran in a hurry to catch the game. I sent the feedback to SpotHero team about my experience with the lot, not expecting any refund as I didn't have my alternate receipt. After 2 back and forth emails and me sharing the details they apologized, took feedback and credited my account the full parking cost for a future use. Genuinely wowed and surprised at this level of customer experience in a day when folks treat support like a burden and a problem.

Empathetic staff

I purchased a ticket for parking for…

I purchased a ticket for parking for $47 said that it was .02 miles which was at 713 Music hall parking lot when I downloaded my ticket after purchasing it showed it was on Washington Avenue 0.8 miles and that’s not what was shown to purchase And I called in to get it corrected. The representative told me to send the pass back so that they could try and correct it replace it or submit my refund when I submitted information I call back to check on it and the person told me they didn’t have it resubmitted again after several attempts it would not do it so I told him that just forget it. I’ll just eat the $40 that I paid then I asked for a supervisor I talk with the supervisor. The supervisor told me they had a replacement of 0.8 miles and I can walk that. I explain her. I’m 62 years old. I cannot do all that walking. She told me I could and they would not give me a refund And I could either take the ticket or forfeit the money. I informed her that I would put all the information wherever they have reviews at and her name was Reese so I advise you senior citizens know what you’re doing when you buy a parking permit through sports hero. They’re selling spots for $19 dollars at the same location. They just scammed me out of $47 for parking for a Gospel concert! They also said they’re not responsible for spots because they’re sold by other patrons. It was premier parking spots.

Top tier customer service

SpotHero has incredible customer service! One of their vendors turned me away, and not only did they refund the cost of that parking fee but they also refunded me the price of the alternative parking I had to find. This is the second time they’ve been able to refund credit/money to my account due to parking confusion or error. They’re my go-to to find parking in any big city!

Stress reducer

I've used Spot Hero several times now when traveling for vacation or attending inner city events where parking is typically difficult to find and/or expensive. Spot Hero is less expensive and easy to use, reducing the stress of parking in an unknown area.

Overcharged $30

Paid $50 for a spot a day in advance through the app. Showed up to the lot the day of and they were only charging $20. Overcharged $30 for trying to be proactive and reserve ahead of time.
