Spotlist Saves the Day!
My elderly mother was due to move into a flat that had been unoccupied for over a year so it was pretty musty and dusty. Mum contacted Spotlist and organised a deep clean before she moved in. We had issues with the concierge at the retirement village in that they had lost the flat key so it meant Amanda had to sit around for nearly an hour, waiting for me to sort things out from 60 miles away! She didn't complain and in fact was very concerned that she wouldn't be able to complete the task for Mum, However, she finally gained entrance and what an absolutely fantastic job she did and on a very hot day too! Amanda worked her socks off to get the entire flat spick and span, not a fleck of dust to be found anywhere and although she informed me there were marks on the walls, we couldn't find any! She cleaned the hallway, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining area and kitchen. Ross cleaned all the carpets too and when we walked in on moving day it was like walking in to a new flat. It looked immaculate - smelt fresh and clean and it meant we could start unpacking immediately rather than waste a day cleaning ourselves which would have been awful! There's not enough words to say how grateful we are to the team at Spotlist and we will definitely use them again if we need to. Thank you!
