5* Customer Service
The customer service when I experienced a problem with one of my cards not recharging.
I use Spotminders cards regularly and, when one of my cards stopped charging I reported this to them.
They took me through the recharging process and, when it became apparent that the card had a problem, immediately started the process to provide me with a replacement card. All through this process I was helped by Marla, a member of their customer support team. All in all an example of excellent customer service.

The phone call was right on time
The phone call was right on time. Everything is set up for our European trip. Ken was not only terrific but he was beyond patient. Being an octogenarian thus tech stuff is not always so easy. But Ken and ur company made it a very very pleasant experience. I mean he called me from ESTONIA. Imagine that. So if I were to give ur company stars for performance I’d have to give u an 11.

I am a cautions online buyer
I am a cautions online buyer so I review the entity closely. Their reviews, other reviews, etc. Store history can be telling if you are reading carefully. What is missing here? Spotless results (pun intended). The cards came quickly, easy to set up. I put one in my wallet immediately making sure to have it with the credit cards. I haven’t gone on a trip yet, but soon. Based on the message I get when I leave the house without my wallet, I am sure my luggage will be safely with me when I fly away.

Very easy process. I love the fact that the tracker can be charged via wireless charger. My friend had one and I was with her when it saved her from losing her bag. I bought 3 and my husband loved it so he bought 3!
