We have taken your services several times. Nothing to mention specifically. The whole procedure however, had been always exellent i.e. polite and helpful staff, very fast deliveries both by road or air, no damages.

The best option for sending packages
The best option for sending packages abroad and especially to Great Britain. I had no problems with the shipping process. The package arrived on time. The staff was there to help me and explain how the shipment should be done. If I need to send something abroad I will definitely prefer them.

Company is a joke
I waited 6 full hours for the driver to arrive for the pickup of my packages, which caused me serious inconvenience and delays in my job.
Additionally, at the time of pickup, the boxes were not weighed or measured in front of me, as is normally the case. Instead, 15 days later I was informed that there was a discrepancy in the weight/volumetric measurements and I was asked to pay almost double the original amount.
I have sent packages many times before, and the weighing process was always done in front of me, without any issues arising afterward. I find it unacceptable and unprofessional to have a recalculation made after so many days and without any transparency.

We understand the inconvenience you experienced regarding the pick-up time. As you may know from previous collaborations, our courier partners provide a pick-up window of 12:00–17:00. Since we operate through a network of partners, we cannot control the exact hours that each driver serves each area. However, if you have a preferred time, you can always contact us in advance so we can arrange a more specific 3-hour window for pick-up.
Regarding the weighing and volumetric measurement of your packages, this is always done automatically using our partner’s radar system, without human intervention. If there is ever a discrepancy, a recheck can be conducted through our partner’s system. Nevertheless, our records do not show any dispute raised regarding this shipment.

I sent a package to Zurich with the express service. They arrived at my house in Athens on Monday afternoon and my daughter received it in Zurich on Tuesday afternoon. That is, it arrived within 24 hours in perfect condition, just as they received it from me. It was the first time I used Spourgitis for transportation and I was completely satisfied.

I had chosen the airplane transfer which was more expensive, but fast
