Waited for 2 weeks for some parts, and also paid for express delivery, but it did not show up.

Great example of customer service.

Spoke with Jonny, I explained what we were after he gave me all the product codes I required for the set up I was looking for, once I’d placed the order, I had mistakingly missed one of the elements of the system and he messaged at 9:30 in the eve to let me know I’d forgotten one of the elements, I added it and the system was assembled and sent the following day, with a phone call to let me know what they’d done. I also received an email letting me know that the lead time for the compressor I’d ordered would be sent to me as soon as they had it from the manufacturer.

Following a call from Jonny, the experience was excellent. He was very helpful, clear, and easy to understand, and quickly explained everything and resolved the misunderstanding. Great customer service and support — much appreciated.

Spray Direct are a fantastic company to deal with! I purchased my first Wagner Spray gun off them almost two years ago. A few issues with the machine but was quickly and efficiently dealt with! I changed to a Graco 395 airless and Aaron went ‘above and beyond’ to offer advice and help! I have always dealt with Aaron verbally and by email and he’s always a pleasure to deal with. I have recently invested in a Graco Pro Comp 9.5, again, Aaron recommending this machine for my requirements which has resulted in making me a ‘happy bunny’. Sean & Kate at the Spray Direct service centre in Manchester are always so obliging and helpful! Whilst I am in this industry, I’ll always deal with Spray Direct! Excellent YouTube videos as well!👍

I’ve been using spray direct now for nearly a decade, with the odd hic up here and there that was always quickly resolved with Arron and Jonnys help. I will continue to use spray direct, I find there abit cheaper then other site selling the same items

The team are really knowledgeable which meant they could help me overcome my Graco spraying challenges. The range of parts that are avalible with quick turnaround really got us out of a hole.

I decided to make the leap and invest in a sprayer a couple of years ago. I was very lucky to have spray direct as a local supplier and they helped guide me through the entire process. They went far beyond the average customer service and maintained this throughout all of my dealings with them. I ended up purchasing a few machines with them as well as all the other sundries such as tapes and papers etc. I found them to be very competitive on price with some great deals. Couldn’t recommend enough

Love all the guys at Spray Direct they have always had my back whilst I was trying to master the art of spraying - Im sure i have driven them nuts calling them on multiple occasions asking for advice with my spray machine etc etc - they are always super attentive and patient -Im sad that seem to have a lot of bad reviews as this is not my experience at all and i have been dealing with them for a number of years now with no issues whatsoever - can't please all the people all the time as Bob Marley would say!

Faulty air-control valve on a new Graco FinishPro HVLP 9.5.
Spray Direct responded fast, shipped a replacement via courier, and communication was excellent.
Replacement fitted today and works perfectly. Very happy with the support.

You may experience delays in delivery of goods if they order from supplier to fulfil your order, so worth enquiring about stock before ordering if needed urgently. There were some issues with an item being shipped to billing instead of shipping address and less than attentive customer service on the matter, but they've since taken my feedback on board and provided better customer care.

Avoid this company. Many items listed as ‘in stock’ are not, so expect delays of 2–3 weeks. After waiting two weeks, I requested to cancel my order and received no response. In the third week, I was notified it was being delivered while I was abroad. I called Spray Direct and was told not to worry—it would be returned if undeliverable. Instead, it was left with my neighbor. After that, zero support from Spray Direct. Fortunately, I paid with Amex and eventually filed a claim for a refund.

Rang up to ask about hiring a machine, took ages to get through to them, just kept ringing and ringing, took them ages to pick up the phone.
Got through to a man who was very rude and blunt and had no clue what i was talking about. Definitely shopping somewhere else that hopefully has nicer staff.

Work on your customer service skills, these customers are paying your wage remember.

I bought a Graco 390 and a few tips, extensions and tapes etc, not all on the one purchase, and SPRAY DIRECT are the best company I have worked with. It seems that no matter who I speak to, they know so so so much about Spraying... The Youtube videos they product are great, they are very honest and not trying to sell you something you dont need - GREAT COMPANY and could not recommend them enough!!!!

Placed an order on 13th Feb for some sanding discs. Received an email to say they are processing this order. Then nothing! I emailed on 18th Feb asking when my order is being dispatched. Aaron has replied to say that 3M are undergoing changes to their range of sanding discs and they only have half of what I ordered in stock. Awaiting more from 3M but not until 2nd week of March!
Was I only told this because I asked? Would they of emailed me to let me know?! Prob not!
There is no information on the website nor do they tell you when an item is out of stock. You are just expected to wait and wait until it eventually arrives! Won't be using them again as this is the 2nd time purchasing and 2nd time this has happened.
