Avoid this company once you have paid for the service they have no interest in you if you have problems. I will not be listing those problems as safe to say
they are all the same as previous reviews already recorded Installation was 12Dec 2022 removal of same due 25 March 2024 a total of £6K to be back at
square one. Beware you have been

The young men did a very good job and were polite and pleasant.
However it was a disaster for us. We can't sell our house because you can't get a mortgage if you have this loft insulation. You can't raise money through Equity Release. Why it isn't illegal to do this to our homes I don't know.We were very badly advised and the salesman lied and lied.

Asked them round for a quote on spray foam removal, says on their website that they can deal with and remove both kinds of foam but when surveyor turned up he said they didn’t deal with closed cell, so update your website to provide the correct information

5 star experience from start to finish.
Everything was done when it said it would be done, all the work was top quality and they cleaned up once they had finished the job.
My house is warmer and I have already seen a big drop in my energy bills.

We had cavity wall insulation through this company back in nov 21. It has done absolutely nothing. We have had numerous conversations with Spencer and Mohammed who are the directors. Theyve done nothing but promise lots of promises that never happen but are hapy to take our cash. Recently we spoke to a salesman there who advised that we take up our flooring to look under there and also look at our roofing, this guy was very cocky and rude on the phone. Our house is freezing and this company dont care. DONT GO NEAR THEM THEY ARE CON ARTISTS.

Please avoid if you want any form of soundproofing, we brought them in and paid above the odds for floor insulation just to make the problem worse. We can now hear conversations word for word from below, I’ve attempted to contact them and have been completely ignored for weeks now.

I Had the Spray Foam installed back in 2016 from EcoSpray Foams Systems Ltd & I have not looked back since. It was the best thing i did. Service was good, but a bit pricey.
However:-
1) I wish there was an industry consensus if the spray foam is suitable for longterm use in lofts in between the rafters. I now have an issue come re-mortgaging some Lenders don't like spray foam installations. Not a fault of the company but down to mostly speculation by a lot of charted surveyors who don't have enough of the science behind the product.

Very positive experience. A surveyor was sent to quote within a day and then the work was booked in the following week. The installation was very quick and the guys were really helpful clearing out the eaves as they went. I can already feel the difference, really impressed!

I’ve just used this company for cavity wall insulation. Charming surveyor took time to assess the property and the work required, which appeared significant as it would require extraction of debris from within the cavity - possibly 2, maybe 3 days work in total. Installers deemed that extraction wasn’t required and completed the work in 2 hours. Not particularly tidy, and doubts cast over the work being done properly given the installation differed significantly from that explained by the surveyor. The team returned to reassure the cavity was filled; this was done by drilling pilot holes and inspecting the cavity with iPhones rather than inspection cameras - hardly professional. Should you have cause to raise a legitimate concern with this company, you should expect a foul mouthed rant from the director threatening legal action if payment wasn’t forthcoming. Not exactly customer friendly or reassuring, leaving doubts about the integrity of this company and on that basis I can’t recommend.

Had our loft insulated with icynene foam by them. They were very professional and did an excellent job at a very competitive price. I don’t know how a previous reviewer said they weren’t Trustmarked. I checked them out and they most definitely are. Would definitely use again

AVOID Damaged my property, still no response, bad service.

Cold-called by ‘Alex Ross’ on a number registered with the TPS. The call didn’t progress very far once I’d established details of who was calling. Both the company and the individual have been reported to the appropriate authorities.

Clearly a disreputable company - anyone with vulnerable loved ones needs to beware of them.

Update 2nd June: I’ve been contacted by TrustPilot who say that Eco Spray-Foam think I have the wrong company. Happy to discuss this directly with Eco Spray-Foam if they wish to facilitate such a discussion via TrustPilot.

Further update Dec 2022: Eco Spray-Foam never did contact me, so it’s safe to assume they’re as disreputable as reiewed 18 months ago.

Used sprayfoam.co.uk along with government green homes grant to spray foam insulate my loft. I thought they were great from start to finish. Definitely recommend.

Approached Eco Spray-Foam for insulation via Green Homes Grant. Lets go through the issues one by one...

1. Problem with their installation Trustmark which Green Home Grant team didn't recognise.
2. Offered me a story which didn't match what Green Homes Grant stated. In the end, they simply didn't have their Trustmark setup.
3. Onus was on me (Client) to find out what was going on from the Green Homes Grant team.
4. Botched site survey, failing to pick out that 2 elevations of my wall were solid, with the latter of my semi-detached has a cavity. They drilled holes into the wall. How on earth could the engineer think all three walls were cavity?
5. Given the engineer didn't pick this up during site survey, cavity installation date was set. Only on the install date was I made aware of the issues, from a different engineer.
5. Received no response from office or management after the failed installation. I had to chase them but was told management were on holiday for a week or two so would have to wait.
6. The installation date was the week running up to Christmas day. As of writing this review, 20/01/2021, still no response from the company.

A truly worthless company, who haven't a clue what they are doing, with zero value in their professionalism and customer relations.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Avoid like a plague!
