Bought 7 tins of Trim-fix but when i was using it it had very little adhesion on the tin it had an expiry date of 10/22 when i contacted then no reply twice now have to remove all the 4 way stretch carpet as worried it wont hold in the Heat

Disappointing customer service.
I ordered paint with next day delivery and set aside time that weekend to use it. The courier then lost the item, and instead of sending a replacement straight away, Sprayster told me to wait in case it was found. They gave no time frame and, although they responded quickly to emails, I have now been waiting two weeks with nothing to show for it.

Their latest reply told me to wait until the end of the day, and only then would they consider a refund. By that point, it would be too late to order a replacement in time for the weekend. If they had cancelled the order this morning, I would have had just enough time to reorder and still make use of the paint this weekend.

As I work during the week, missing this weekend means I would have to wait until the following one. That would make it four weeks from when I first placed the order to when I finally receive a usable item. A frustrating and avoidable experience.

This was an easy five stars. So refreshing, an online small company with big ideas on customer service of another level. Little whats app service if you have questions. They even gave me tips on using the product I bought. Wish I needed more things as it arrived next day and I want to support business’s like this. Broken Britain and its crap customer service was not the case

I have bought many spray paint products from this company over a long period of time and In my experience, Sprayster have always provided good quality, competitively priced products with very fast, usually overnight, delivery.
I consider Sprayster to stand head and shoulders above other on-line suppliers, who in the main, seem prepared to vend inferior products, with no interest in providing a service their paying customers.

Sprayster have the best online paint service in the UK, Highly recommend them!

Years out of date. I checked the production code with the manufacturer. tins were produce in 2019. shelflife is only 2 years. requested refund but sprayster does not react to any communication. This is fraud in my opinion
