I was hit on the bonnet by half a brick on M25. The bonnet was damaged and my insurance company sent me to Spraytech in Crawley. Don at Spraytech was my point of contact throughout. The customer service throughout was first class with regular updates.
My car bonnet had to be replaced which caused a slight delay as the new bonnet was coming from Tesla. Don kept me updated and as soon as the new bonnet arrived the car was booked in.
I called Spraytech as I wanted to get my car in earlier. Don was extremely helpful and my appointment was changed. On arrival to drop off my car, I was greeted by Don, who explained the process and handed over my hire car. The hire car was clean and had 3/4 of a tank of fuel. I was very happy to receive a call from Don 2 days later to inform me that my car had been repaired and was ready for collection. On arrival, my car was handed over. The bonnet replacement and spray job was excellent. Overall my experience using Spraytech, Crawley was an extremely positive one. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. 👍
Enfield branch the guy who answers the phone is so rude
My vehicle was in for repairs at Spraytech and the repair was cancelled and my car was not put back together properly!
I had gotten home after collecting the vehicle only to find that some of my electronics are not working properly and some parts were not fitted back on properly and electrical wiring has been left to dangle.
I also received my vehicle with the orange paint marks which isn’t coming off with a simple wash and I assume I will have to pay for a much more expensive car wash to get it off without damaging the car’s paint.
This is very poor customer service experience received from Spraytech.
What do you expect when you give your 8 months old car to them to repair a dent? It came back with sand paper Mark on the surface where they sprayed the car, obviously was not rubbed down properly, and did not fix a plastic rim which was part of the original damage, inside the car I found couple of blue pop plastic rivets which normally holds the door card to the door so obviously the door card is now held by two less, great my precious brand new car is now ten years old, thanks to spraytech. I had to make complaint to the insurers for this sub standard work, now have to take time off work to get the car back to them to sort it again. What a bunch of cowboys .... and if you have a child seat then ask for a courtesy car, you will just about fit yourself in the courtesy they give you.
AVOID AVOID AVOID
Definitely avoid by all costs. Unprofessional workers who have no respect for customers.
My insurance sent my car there after my accident and I Called to ask when courtesy car will be delivered. Rude little girls on the end of the phone told me to come and collect it as no one available to deliver it. I turned up and all the workers messing about laughing and joking for the duration of 15 mins I was standing there before they acknowledged me.
After 35 mins I was given a little fiat 500 that just drove in by someone collecting there car. The car was filthy dirty inside and out covered in bird poo. Once I got in the car it was running on fumes as no petrol in it at all just about got me to the nearest petrol station.
These people had my car for nearly 3 weeks and still had not sent the estimate over to my insurance company after numerous telephone calls and all the lies I had to endure by them was totally beyond belief. I called my insurance up and told them I wanted my car moved from there and sent somewhere else. The new company had my car towed the same day and estimate over to my insurance company the next day. That is how to run a business not these jokers of a so called company.
Absolute brilliant repairs
Anthony the Manager took my new Mercedes c200 in at short notice to do repairs through my insurance CIS It was done very quickly to perfection at an extremely high standard I have used other garages and Main Mercedes dealership but they are extremely poor in standard compared to Spraytech who are different league Anthony is extremely patient and helpful and caring and provides constructive advice The assessor Kelvin was extremely thorough and helpful and friendly as well Much appreciated Dev Mukker
