Such a shame the payouts are so low
Such a shame the payouts are so low. I’ve played £100 in one day, hundreds of £1 paying max £20. Selection of games aren’t great however, they credited my account the day after with 50 spins which is quite nice. I will continue to use because there’s potencial but I’m a bit disappointed. Hopefully I can change this review soon.

Honest review. I can send screen shots to people who believe these negative ones.
But I do play mostly live casino or sports bets. Not slots. Every time I’ve won I’ve had it in my bank within half an hour of withdrawal. They ask for abit of info which is normal like proof of earnings etc which I think is fine it protects customers from loosing money they can’t afford!! If you don’t want too send bank statement there is other options. Overall great experience. Even when I’ve had a few losses! Which comes with gambling obviously. Thanks SpreadEx.

Wouldn't bother with these. Like all bookmakers you always end up having difficulty with one. Joined a few weeks ago instant verification passed decided to have a go on Friday to see whether it was good judging by positive reviews. Deposited £10 and fortunately managed to win £90 on a slot and ended up requesting a withdrawal of £120. After around five hours I messaged the team who explained they needed a picture of my card which is not a problem. I sent this in to then receive a response asking for a bank statement which I refused to do. Now apparently I have tampered with the picture like I am Banksy and the card is in someone else's name?. Why would I deposit money of someone else's card and then withdraw funds to the suggested card what would be a financial gain for me. Account now with Fraud apparently so likelihood is I will not receive the winnings. Overall terrible experience I wouldn't bother with these like most when you win as a new player they put every barrier in place to try and find a loophole not to pay out, shameful.
