Return policy is appalling
Really love the stuff they have at the store, so got a bit carried away when buying gifts for my family. After coming home and realising I had spent too much money, I decided to return a few items. Tried to return them only to be told I couldn't get my money back because I wasn't a member before buying them. I've never heard of this before, but it feels illegal. It is a manipulative, dishonest way to take money from customers. I don't want to shop here again, but I am now forced to because I had to take a voucher instead of having my money returned. Wasn't warned about any of this when buying, feel really used.
