Great customer service

I ordered from SpringClear and the item arrived faster than expected.
I realised I had ordered the wrong item and emailed them about a return - I got a response in minutes, and had the whole thing arranged within an hour.
10/10 customer service.

Made order, told 4 days after it wasn't instock

Made an order then recieved an email 4 days later stating they were having issues with the supplier so the items were due in stock the next day so would be a day or 2 after that when I'd recieve them, then I recieve another email later the same day saying they've been informed with further delays so would be the next week. They processed a full refund upon my request, however this left me without the item I needed so had to find another supplier. If an item isn't instock and not to hand so you can post straight out, don't advertise as in stock!
Poor.

Ordered an Insink aerator Hot tap…

Ordered an Insink aerator Hot tap filter on Amazon from this company to be shipped to Spain. Still not received it and my request has been denied for a refund. Contacted through the correct Chanel’s to advise it’s still not arrived and my application is denied!!!!! Not impressed. Great customer service will not recommend or ever order anything again!!!!

Excellent, but a little bit of worry.

I ordered 5 filters. Delivered by DPD-local 3 days later. One star knocked off because of website issues. I ordered through a Google link. Everything fine and I placed the order. Went back in directly to the website and most items were marked out of stock. Emailed the company to cancel as I needed them urgently. Contacted by Antony (no h) to say they were in stock and they despatched the order.
Spring Clear need to get their website in order as it is their shop window. Yes I will continue to use them.

Extremely poor Service

I've been waiting for my order to be dispatched since the 12th December 2024. Yesterday I was given a Royal Mail tracking number & I was told that I'd receive my order today.

I've not received anything and the Royal Mail don't recognise the tracking number provided.

They deceived customers into believing that the item I need is in stock when it isn't. Now they're claiming that the item has finally been posted to me, but the evidence shows that this is not true!

Great service, fast delivery

Ordered 3 new fridge water filters through the Spring Clear website. First time using the company. I got a small discount and free delivery plus items ordered on Sunday afternoon, received Weds via Royal Mail. First filter installed this afternoon and working well.

No issues and speedy free delivery. Very happy, thank you.

No communication

Placed an order for fridge water filters. After 4 days I get a phone call advising that they are only able to fulfil part of the order to which I agreed. Never revived anything. Had to make 2 phone calls and send 2 emails to chase status of my order , to be told that they don’t have any of my items in stock and will only be able to deliver it end of following month.

Didn't send full product. Difficult to sort out.

Didn't send full product when purchased, spent weeks trying to resolve this. In the meantime not able to use product. Customer service was polite, but not confident in their ability to help or solve problems as it took so long to sort out, more than a few phone calls and emails, even with management. Berkefeld filter itself is fab, customer service, not so much.
