Really simple account set up and the best interest rates on the market for an easy access savings account. 3.82% at the time when my bank was only offring 2.1%. Just what I was looking for.

Been with Spring for a few months now. Everything has worked faultlessly. Unlike some stand-alone savings accounts where you often have to wait for a withdrawal to be actioned (especially over the w/e), Spring is on the Faster Payment System; payments in and out take seconds - any when.
Very good interest rate too !

Fantastic app, really user-friendly and easy to use. I over my account when they were offering an amazing interest rate, however they have now loaded it. I have got a higher rate paying account elsewhere, however I was still retain money in Spring because of its ease of use and clear information. It doesn’t bombard you with a bit of useless information, the app allows you to select the information you want to see.

We open an account and then they dropped the rate to 3.75 when it was 4.11 . It’s a shame as very easy to use account. Even tesco bank pays 4.00 so. We have taken all of are money out. You have Chase bank paying 4.50 . Seems like these new bank accounts. Once got your money, they drop the rate and don’t care

Only dissapointing thing was within a week of opening the account the rate dropped

Very easy to set up, had them a couple of months now haven’t come across any issues good interest rate and app is easy to use and clutter free

Easy to set up easy to use only thing I would like that would of made it 5 is if you were more well known advertised and if when you ask your bank if they have heard of you they can confirm mine didn't:)

I like this bank and the staff is very helpful and quick to respond if there's a query. It's easy to navigate the site and fairly straightforward. My mum has an account too which I help her to manage and the only problem is, that I have to uninstall the app and reinstall to login to the two different accounts. After speaking to the team, there seems to be no other way, even if I use a different device, it seems to know I'm already logged in. I wanted the two accounts to be visible and accessable on one login, like it is with another bank we're both with, so hopefully this can be possible at some point. Otherwise, we're both happy with this bank.

Easy to use app

So far fantastic. I saw other reviews only negative feedback being the time taken to log in but to be honest, i have found this to be not too dissimilar to other app based banks. I am yet tp withdraw from my account to judge this process but as for a simple to use and competitive rates, I would recommend this as an investment bank that works in hand with your current account.
I will update once I withdraw some of my cash, as I have had issues doing this with a rival bank and hope this is much easier with Spring.
