Never received awful experience
Never received it, I wasn't in and instead of leaving it in the postbox/ with a neighbour or even in the porch it was returned to post office
Went to collect yesterday and post office closed at 10am
I have now missed the occasion that I purchased the items for so you can have it back and kindly refund me

Unfortunately we are unable to specify what Royal Mail should do if you are not in when receiving mail - you can specify a Safeplace with them directly or alternatively it will be returned to your local post office for collection. This is usually much safer than leaving items in unsafe places where they might go missing.
