They were exceptionally helpful in getting the right measurements for the mesh guards for my bird table. I was treated politely and with a great deal of patience until we had worked out what I needed.

VERY POORLY FINISHED! The grills are cut to size but there are some very dangerous sharp edges all round them all.
I had trouble with the bird table where pilot holes were missing too

The Hedgehog feeding station is wonderfully crafted and we love it. Ordering was very easy on the website. It did take a bit of time (longer than suggested at ordering) but Spring Garden and Home responded quickly to an email with an explanation for the delay. The item was definitely worth the wait. I would certainly use them again.

Fantastic purchase of a hedgehog feeder as recommended by Hedgehog Cabin. Really well made and will go beautifully in my garden near the hedgehog house I purchased for a winter hibernating visitor. Took a while to be delivered but worth the wait.

Company over promises and under delivers. Bird table ordered well before Christmas as a present did not arrive before. Delivery later promised before Christmas but still failed. Actually arrived in two separate consignment after the New Year. A second recent order was seemingly forgotten and not despatched until chased. Poor service!

There were some delays with delivery and although the company replied to my emails regarding what was causing the delays fairly promptly I felt it would have been better if they had initiated this contact. The bird table has now arrived and I must say the quality is excellent and it looks fab! 👌 😊

Very high quality bird table. Didn't have to wait too long for it to be delivered. Went together very well and looks very nice in our garden. The birds are getting used to having an up market bird table to dine off.

Chatsworth bird Table is really good quality, well made. Communication with seller was excellent and they were very helpful. I added Eco Upgrade, which works a treat, as it keeps the wooden base of legs off the ground.

It is impossible to ring the company and speak to someone, it is always an answerphone and they didn't get back to me.
I waited over two weeks before I emailed to ask when I could expect delivery, and had a reply saying my bird table had been allocated a delivery slot later in the week.
I emailed at the end of that week and was told it was on its way and would be delivered before the following Tuesday. It wasn't, it arrived on the Thursday.
So it was almost four weeks in the end.
The bird table is lovely though, good quality and sturdy. I'm very pleased with it but not so pleased with the customer service.

Ordered a bird table before Christmas for a present for my mum.
It still hasn't arrived.
I didn't have any communication from them until I chased it up. I got told it would be despatched last week. Still nit arrived. I'm currently awaiting a response from latest email

Delivery not received on time and only when emailed they sent out the following day so more attention needed to for fill orders in time.
Delivery eventually came but only half delivered by the distribution company seems like only half sent at time from spring garden and home.second item I have purchased and the last no apologies received. Unhappy customer shame as product good

Delivery dates of 10 days completely unrealistic but after a few e mails and chivvying it arrived in time for Christmas
