Luxurious hotel, fabulous pools, great staff. Only one thing is that they charge 3 euros a day to use the safe. it is strange to me that we have to pay to keep our belongings safe from their staff. I would rather have it added to the overall cost as it leaves a bad taste.
Worst customer service ever. Have called and e-mailed several times, they either don’t take the phone, pass on the Call and let it expire, or there is an answering machine telling you to try later. They promise to respond to e-mails, but don’t.
